Guest：The staff were very kind and polite. However, when we walked up to our condo unit, there were cobwebs and dead bugs and dried leaves around the exterior door—not a pleasant way to enter a space. The inside of the unit was clean, but everything was dated and old and the curtains were faded. We stayed as a family of 4, and when we went to take our showers, they only had to wash cloths. When I called housekeeping to ask two more, they said that they had run out. ?? We don’t plan to return.
Guest：It was a good experience. However, they overbooked our room for a king-size bed and downsized it to 2 full-size beds. The refrigirator did not work in the room. They refused to give us a credit for the mishap. The New Years Eve Celebration that the hotel put on was nice. Nice location and quiet.
Guest：Amazing community/resort! Staff was great, condo was great! My ONLY critique, not even a complaint, is that the televisions are not smart TVs. I was able to find a cable at Walmart to use the TV as a display for my phone so we could binge watch our shows, but other than that, we had a LOVELY stay!
Guest：The soap containers in shower were sitting on the floor of the shower and the shower head was not tight and leaking.
