  • Guest：Staff was super nice and friendly. Our was a little beat up looking. There was brown smudge up high on the walls above the beds plus therr was somewhere underneath one the beds was no going to attempt to figure it out.
  • Guest：We asked maid service on the 3rd day and checked out on the 5th day. They didn’t give us enough toilet paper, which ran out in the morning of our check-out day.
  • Guest：No daily maid service; room was not made up entire 3-night stay. Ran out of toilet paper. Sub-standard room, especially considering price. Did not receive receipt upon check out. “Resort Fees” unknown what was charged to my credit card. All in all, poor value for price paid.
  • Guest：The resort itself is gorgeous. We stayed her before and our room was great but this go around the room had a smell and the bathroom knobs we’re rusted and some spots in the shower which grossed me out .. considering we only stayed a night I thugged it out. 3 stars for the condition of the room but a 4 for the resort .
