Lovely small intimate safari lodge. Food, service top notch, Clean upscale Rooms/Rondavels. Big 5 sightings each day. Loved the Sundowner out in the park. Evening dinner in the outdoors with a log fire, priceless

我给这家酒店打满分，因为住得太舒服了，房间乾净，隔音，设施齐全，设计也很用心，利用空间巧妙，冰箱超级大，还有带烘乾的洗衣机，5楼还有大型晾衣平台，房里也有阳台可以晾衣服，飘窗也好用，楼下有地铁，停车一次10元，比外面便宜好多啊，有净水器出水口，房里还大气的配了4瓶水，洗菜池的龙头是伸缩式的，可以拉出来洗头，还有啥不满意的啊

房间比较大也很安静，设施中规中矩比较旧，服务一般不怎么热情，衞生也一般，早餐还好不算特别好吃，重点是房间有蚊子而且没有给提供电蚊香，孩子被咬了三个大包，抹止痒不管用，第二天直接肿成大疙瘩了，赶紧买药抹也消不下去，第三天大包起泡破了开始化脓，孩子第一次被蚊子咬得这么严重很无语。淋浴和浴缸都没有可以移动的喷头不方便给孩子洗澡，衞生间玻璃门旧打开就关不上了很碍事儿磕了好几次，床头只有一个插座还不能用，插上电源连接一下就断了，这个价位的服务感觉很不值。

带孩子出来散心玩的，特意选了大理古城闹中取静的休息点，虽然房间较小但配套设施不错，乾净整洁舒适，床品舒服，小朋友睡得很踏实。人性化服务要特别点赞，小朋友很喜欢酒店的早餐、尤其下午茶，她无比享受。假如下次再游大理，这家酒店值得再来，再次谢谢你们的贴心提醒和温馨服务，值得再来！
