The location was 15 minutes walk from Marrakesh station, and 10 minutes drive from most locations like the market (medina), the food was amazing, the staff were also nice, with good tea being served at the reception

Good rooms, poor food. Cold bed.
Very clean and safe hotel. Spacious room.
Excellent shower.
Booked as a solo traveller and for some reason received a (small/narrow) single person duvet on a double bed. Made sleeping very uncomfortable and cold.
Hotel a la carte restaurant was closed, only a buffet available.... Was very poor quality food and also not cheap.

较差的一次体验，先説优点：环境不错，房间有树洞造型房间，小朋友很喜欢。缺点：1、服务较差，五点半工作人员就下班了，没有值班人员，打电话没人接；2、水量小，水温低，小朋友洗完澡都感冒了；3、送餐速度太慢，送到都凉了，让重新加热一下，説前面排队人太多，需要等很久，大过年吃了一顿残羹冷炙；4、公园配套游乐设施太少，两个小时就全部玩了一遍，为这点设施住这么贵的酒店不划算。

Having a garage to park your car ? but it is a step ramp driveway to get out and worth the 10 euro's per night charge ?

Absolutely the best hotel in Byron Bay! The staff were legends and gave me and my family the best stay we could possibly want. Their spa is absolutely wonderful and the location of the hotel is perfect - just walking distance from everything in Byron. Thank you to the whole team.
