Good hotel in a quiet city and the weather was good as well. Recommended.

Room is spacious. Nothing luxurious but the design and furniture are all functional and practical. Huge smart TV. Everything feels brand new, including the beds, towels and pillows. The staff are pleasant, helpful and sociable. The breakfast buffet offers different hot dishes, fruits and desserts every day. The food is mostly vegetarian except for the eggs. I really appreciate the unlimited helpings to bottled water and coffee/tea. Hot water and water pressure in the shower are good. WIFI is strong. It is a well managed hotel with customers' comfort and needs in mind.

They were under construction in the layout of the lights in the room were uncomfortable. You couldn’t turn the lights off and have the fan running so if you turned off the lights, the fan would turn off, which makes no sense. Why wouldn’t the fan be able to run independently from the lights on the other side of the room that was a bother.

Comfortable After a few initial hiccups with admin and maintenance - we enjoyed the Coastlands experience that we had become accustomed to. The GM and fontline manager went out of their way to ensure that the remainder of our stay was comfortable.

Great place to stay in Jaco.

We stayed here end of May into beginning of June. What a beautiful place to stay. The Staff were fantastic from the moment we got there till the moment we left. The 2 bedroom apartment was fantastic very spacious and had everything you could need in the kitchen. Over the road is a big supermarket which made this place such a great location. We always got a bed round the lovely pool. Highly recommend as will will be going back!
