一次超预期的入住体验，强烈推荐！ 这次旅行选对酒店太关键了，整体体验远超预期。 位置无可挑剔，周边商场、特色餐馆一应俱全，无论是出行还是觅食都特别方便???。 服务细节满分，前台工作人员全程笑脸相迎，办理入住速度很快，还主动帮忙提行李，得知是纪念日出行，悄悄升级了景观房，赠送了新鲜水果拼盘，这份贴心太加分了???。 房间舒适度拉满，床品乾净柔软，躺上去瞬间卸下疲惫，隔音效果特别好，完全听不到外界噪音，浴室热水充足且水流稳定，晚上能舒舒服服泡个澡放松???。 早餐种类也很丰富，中西式搭配合理，食材新鲜可口。退房时还收到了酒店准备的伴手礼，诚意十足。下次再来这座城市，一定还选这里！

Last minute decision to stay here and we weren’t disappointed. Friendly staff. Easy check in. Clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast. Roughly a half hour stroll (with kids) into town. Would definitely stay at Penny Hedge in the future.

I strongly advise against visiting The Shore Tishvam. The property is extremely poorly maintained, and staying here was a nightmare. The staff never comes for room cleaning, making it very uncomfortable to stay even for a short duration. The beach is filthy, covered in garbage, and completely unusable for guests, nothing like what is shown in the photos. The property manager, Mr. Sajith, is unresponsive and completely uncooperative, showing zero concern for guest experience or resolving any issues. Most of the positive reviews on Google seem fake or paid, the property is barely three months old, yet has an unusually high number of glowing reviews. During my stay, multiple guests complained about the same issues I faced. This place is far from a relaxing getaway and is not worth your time or money. Choose any other property in the area, you’ll have a far better experience.

El hotel podría ser muy acogedor si estuviera mínimamente cuidado. El jardín un desastre, las pobres aspidistras hacía tiempo que no probaban el agua, sus hojas llenas de polvo. Todo destartalado y amontonado. La sala de estar daba grima de sucia, buscábamos una baraja y no había, solo un dominó que daba miedo tocarlo y le faltaba una ficha. Las colchas de las camas tenían todo tipo de manchas sospechosas. Hasta en la pantalla de las lamparitas de noche había manchas. Las mesillas no habían visto un plumero hacía tiempo. El suelo de la habitación estaba sucio, hasta los calcetines se ponían blancos si se caminaba descalzo. El lavabo no tragaba. La tapa del inodoro crujía al sentarse. En resumen, desastroso. Con un poco de atención podría ser un buen establecimiento, porque está bien situado, tiene bonitas vistas y es tranquilo. Pero ahora mismo está dejado totalmente. Y con la situación COVID actual, daba miedo alojarse en un lugar sin ninguna garantía de limpieza. La persona de recepción nos dio un plano de la ciudad (éramos seis personas y se lo dieron a las dos que llegaron primero), y no volvimos a verlo durante el resto de días. No había productos de aseo, como se indica en la web. Solo jabón de manos. En conclusión: podría ser muy bueno y es pésimo.

卫生满意 环境甚佳 服务顶尖 水压太低，我住3栖，水若柔丝，洗澡时要冲很久，亦不知身上梘液冲乾净没有。其实解决方法很简单，只需在天台出水位处，加上一加上一个加压泵便可。
