位置不错，走路到火车站20分钟左右，但是离市中心很近。基本不需要另外交通费用。周边咖啡馆非常多，味道也很好。周末超市关门，但是也有店开，不需要担心没有东西吃的。
性价比比较高，每天有打扫，也有热水壶。
退房的时候服务员很好，问了我住的情况和游玩的感受，谢谢。

Excellent Stay
Great stay at the Glass Light Hotel. This was our first stay at the Glass Light Hotel in Norfolk, Virginia. Great location, easy walk to plenty of museums, dining + drinks, etc. Staff was excellent, rooms are big and well pointed with large walk-in showers. Highly recommend!!!!

A friendly hotel
The staff in this hotel are amazing, all very friendly and speak very good English. The hotel is perfect for restaurants and bars and a fit minutes away from the rugby stadium.

Good location, few minutes walk from Meitetsu Gifu station. Spacious and newly renovated room with a good size ensuite. Friendly and efficient reception. Many restaurants within walking distance.

住过最差的维也纳，刚进门就看到床单上有一滴血，洗浴的花洒也装那么低，洗澡要半蹲着，淋浴的按钮也是坏的，还有洗漱台镜子上的灯光按钮晚上会发蓝光，真的是很差
酒店回复：尊敬的宾客，给您带来不好的入住体验，我们深感抱歉，下来我们会加强布草的铺床前的检查，有任何污损的话，坚决不能使用？及时撤出，您也反馈到淋浴花洒低，我们的淋浴花洒有高低两个这个挂架，如果您这边希望高一点的话，，可以挂在高处的挂架上面。在花洒的上方我们还有一个花洒手柄可以固定，花洒按钮我们及时通知工程每间排查，防止再出现类似问题，也期待您下次入住我们家酒店，给您提供更好的入住体验。
