Nous avons séjourné deux nuits au Serene Villa Transit. Le check-in a été un peu spécial : à notre arrivée, il n’y avait aucune trace de notre réservation. Après quelques vérifications, on nous a montré une première chambre double, mais le lit était trop petit pour moi (1m90) et ma compagne. Le personnel a été très arrangeant et nous a proposé une solution : une autre chambre plus confortable, mais sans toilettes attenantes. Finalement, nous avons eu accès à deux chambres pour le prix d’une. Ce n’était pas forcément très pratique, surtout la nuit puisqu’il fallait descendre d’un étage pour aller aux toilettes, mais l’effort d’adaptation a été apprécié. à part cela, l’endroit est magnifique, très agréable et bien entretenu. Le personnel est incroyable, toujours disponible et serviable. Nous avions accès à une cuisine pour préparer nos repas, de l’eau potable à disposition, l’air conditionné, et même une balance nous a été trouvée rapidement pour peser nos valises — un vrai plus avant un vol. En résumé : ?? Quelques ajustements au niveau de l’organisation du check-in ?? Mais un personnel exceptionnel et un cadre très agréable Pour une nuit ou deux en transit, c’est une très bonne option.
