I've stayed at this site twice and twice come across Sarah, What an amazing lady she is, very attentive always goes above and beyond nothing is to much trouble for her. A true credit to the company you are Sarah ?? Carry on doing what you do !! I shall be back ?? Jen (Caernarfon) xx

Lovely hotel. Fabulous housekeeping staff. Pedro at the front desk was exceptional. Would have been 5star but breakfast could have been better. While a delightful friendly young woman in the dining area she missed very simple things ie: burners either missing or not lit (cold eggs, sausage, peppers,) some tables not cleared, low on food stuffs (on multiple days. I hope it’s not punitive for her and more a learning opportunity as she was very personable.

位置绝佳，去哪要都很方便，一层的咖啡不错，最棒的是紧挨着圣巴特丽教堂和展览馆，和唐人街也特别近，灰常棒！

Shocking food and dirty room, customer service is very poor, apart from the young man doing the breakfast service in the morning, he couldn't do enough for everyone.

Sauber, freundlich, zuvorkommend, schnell und zuverl?ssig im Service. Saubere, angemessene, klimatisierte Zimmer, stets ist gutes Flaschenwasser zum Trinken verfügbar. Das Frühstück ist ok, die Gastronomie ansonsten richtig gut, insbesondere die rooftop bar. Preislich für Indien sicher gehoben, für mitteleurop?ische Geldbeutel aber sehr erschwinglich.

the staff very friendly but I did have a problem with cleanliness in my room especially the shower room was grime bottom of shower door and surrounded out side the shower .
