Really nice and clean hotel with everything I needed for a short stay. I only stayed one night, but the room was comfortable and well-equipped. There was even a washing machine in the kitchen, which is a nice bonus for longer stays. Towels and water were provided, and both the hot and cold water worked well. The room had a small desk area that was good for working on a laptop, and overall everything felt tidy and well maintained. The bed was a bit hard and the blinds didn’t fully block out the light, but that seems pretty standard in Vietnam and it was still comfortable enough. The only real downside is that the location is a little further away from the main areas and tucked into a small alley. I found it easily enough, but I noticed some other guests had trouble locating it. That said, I messaged the hotel on WhatsApp and they quickly came down to help me check in. One small maintenance thing: the rain shower had some chalk/limescale buildup, so the water flow wasn’t perfect until I cleaned it a bit with my fingers. It would probably help if they cleaned the shower heads regularly. Overall, a good stay and great value for the price.

The food was OK. Need more variety for breakfast had the same Menu for breakfast every morning. The grounds were beautiful the rooms not so much had mold in the bathroom stayed for a week on two separate reservation. I switched to a different room type on the second reservation. Forgot my watch in the safe when I switched rooms, spoke to the front desk and the GM up-to-date my watch has still not been returned, Was told by the GM that they are doing an investigation. since checking out no one has contacted me. Would not recommend this property.

酒店回复：Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. While we are pleased to hear that you appreciated the beauty of our grounds, we are truly disappointed to learn that several aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies regarding the limited breakfast variety. We understand how important it is to offer diversity, especially for guests staying multiple nights, and that is why we are currently updating our menu options. We are also deeply concerned about the condition of your room, particularly the issue of mold in the bathroom. This is not reflective of our standards, and we sincerely regret the discomfort this caused. Rest assured, this matter has been escalated to our housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent attention. Most importantly, we sincerely apologize for the distress caused by your missing watch. Following a thorough investigation, we sincerely regret that we were unable to locate your watch. Your experience is not the one we strive to deliver, and we truly regret that we fell short on multiple levels. We value your feedback and are committed to addressing these concerns thoroughly. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in us.

Nice, tranquil boutique hotel in walking distance to sites & businesses in historic city center. On-site, upscale restaurant, with breakfast available, as well as lunch & dinner, and full bar. Staff very helpful reserving taxis & assisting guests. No real parlor or sitting area, however, for travelers who like a place in which to relax outside of their room.
