Our room had melted ice in the ice bucket. We changed rooms and the room had a musty, dirty smell. We have stayed there multiple times in the past. We love the property but our room was $500 a night and was not worth the price. A clean and fresh room is expected for that price. We could also smell sewage as we walked around the property. It’s a lovely setting but we had a bad experience.

酒店非常有特色，藏式装修非常漂亮，房间有氧气机，大堂经理 Anne 体贴又细致，因为下雨看到我们到门口拿伞迎接了我们为我们倒了驱寒的姜茶，还有欢迎哈达，房间也给我们升级了高楼层山景，真是太感动了，早上又提醒我们天气情况，周边景区/餐厅也介绍的明明白白，是一场舒适有温馨的入住体验。

Friendly staff, great pool. Kitchen lacked enough silverware and dirty dishes when we arrived, floors were sticky and we had to let the hot water run for 20 minutes before it was warm. Parking was a challenge. Over all, nice stay and will consider staying again next time we visit the area.

Charleston is a charming town! It was definitely complimented by our stay at The Restoration. We had a couple of hiccups but, the team was very helpful in correcting everything. We will definitely return and recommend our friends and family to stay there!
