We had a great stay. The renovations made to the common areas are nice…the kids enjoyed the pool a great deal. There are good options for food and drinks on property, including a bar. The staff was great, especially Matthew from the front desk.

人民币三百多元的酒店，衞生之差，设施之简陋，房间充满衞生间的异味，令人窒息。订了房间之后，不可取消，让人感觉受骗上当。
酒店回复：You first came to our hotel, told us you would pay directly, asked for a price, and viewed the room. Then you booked the same room online after seeing it was 80 TL (2 USD) cheaper. Since everything was perfect until check-out, we cannot understand why you felt this review was justified afterward. When checking out, you told our reception staff—who asked how your stay had been—that everything was fine, so we are truly unable to understand this comment.

Admittedly we were provided breakfast off site but we ate only provided minimal selections. Worse, we were provided with plastic knives and forks!

We really enjoyed our stay at the magnolia hotel. Staff was really friendly. Our room was quite nice. The location was wonderful. I used the gym while I was there and it was good. The restaurant was absolutely fantastic. The only feedback I would have is the art in our room looked like the stock images that came in those frames. But our room had recently been remodeled so maybe it was.

第一次来三亚住的第一家酒店，非常相配我们的期待，服务热情周到，从下车起就开始感受到星级酒店的服务，行李从头到尾自己是不用动手的，入住是闪电飞快的，办理入住时就给我们详细介绍了酒店的游玩项目，餐厅分布，特色，主动帮我们开通c秀的入场券，还升级了房型，简直太惊喜啦！设施都很完备齐全，而且整个酒店明亮整洁宽敞，风景也美，水世界水族馆沙滩海浪满足一个北方孩子所有的想象，玩得很开心，住的很舒服。餐饮方面也很nice ，餐厅至少有上百种菜肴，各种各样的，味道用一个小朋友的话来说就是好吃的无法无天。管家服务也是一大亮点，管家yukiyu 有问必答，有求必应，一到店我人还在电梯里就打电话来问候我们，亲自带着欢迎礼给来拜访我们，有的时候还贴心送了小礼物??，满满的心意，必须好评！美中不足就是最后一晚变天了，外面风很大，房间里也呼呼作响，不过最后一天了也不影响旅程，给管家说以后也积极处理补偿。

Las formas de ser no tienen responsabilidades hacia los clientes, si roban en la habitación ellos no tienen ninguna responsabilidad, si por cualquier razón manchas la responsabilidad es tuya y te lo cobran. En lo que se refiere a los empleados son muy atentos, las instalaciones están bien sin tirar cohetes otra pega que vi es la ducha es fija arriba no tiene extensión.
Es un hotel económico y está muy bien comunicado.
