Check in was smooth and the staff friendly. Nice lounge/lobby area and the breakfast was lovely, with a good choice of food and veggie sausages made for us when we asked! The room needed a little tlc, but was clean. Their was no one at the health club reception when we went to use the pool and no towels. We had to ask at main recpetion. Also, when wanting to go for a swim again in the morning, childrens lessons were taking place and the area for guests to use was crowded, so we didnt go. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was closed for repair but there was a steam and sauna. Overall okay, but could do with some improvements.

Everything was perfectly managed, and I had a very fantastic weekend. I love it, and specially I love this property also.

Room clean, bed comfy and ensuite clean.

A wonderful welcome from Amy and we were showed to the table where George Michael sat?? the venue is lovely and the food is good. Good atmosphere and open ??. We loved it here knowing that George Michael was a local. Highly recommend the venue and the staff. Thank you Amy!!

Internet outside of the lobby didn’t work well. Towels were so bleached they actually hurt my skin.

Convenient stop at NRT for a quick sleep before heading to your final destination. Very good breakfast, some rooms very small, ask for a room facing the airport, those rooms are significantly bigger. Bathtub a plus. Onsite gym, scale to weigh luggage, convenience shop for snacks, comfortable lobby, overall not bad for the price point. I stop there regularly when flying from China to california.

A very quiet place with spacious interiors and friendly staff especially Ankita at reception and Vinit in the bar,F&B manager goes that extra mile to keep you comfortable

Possums in and on the roof ruined what could have been a great experience.

Amazing place! Rooms are gorgeous with spectacular views. Pool and sauna area is beautiful with the same lovely views. Made to feel very welcome with some lovely touches in the rooms and communal spaces. Buffet breakfast was delicious and meal boxes a wonderful idea.
