The room felt very basic, Heating non existent, radiators gurgled and clanged all night, No Heat.
Staff not present waited 95 minutes at reception for someone to turn up to book us in, even after phoning contact number on wall which went to answerphone , Then phoned head off ice in London 4 times promised someone in 5 minutes, never answered after 4 call

I stayed at the Premier Inn for one night while visiting Arundel. It was in a good location and it was a nice place to stay and relax after spending the day sightseeing. It was definitely good value for money. Thank you.

The stuff at the hotel were really friendly. The swimming pool is heated and clean, the water in the hot tub was perfect temperature.
The room wasn't particularly clean, and we weren't able to access the balcony during our stay. Nevertheless, we still had a great time, and Torquay is a fantastic place to visit!

Just an overnight stay but was well worth the journey. Beautiful room with a very comfy bed. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding.... Full English and everything was locally sourced. Both myself and my partner agreed it was one of the best breakfasts we'd ever had. Lovely touches including Ginger and Tumeric shots!! The waitress was also very attentive. Anyone visiting Salisbury should seriously consider staying here. Very convenient for the town centre.
