Another great stay at Saltria hotel. Everything was wonderful. Place, surroundings, hotel amenities, food, professional, friendly service.

Trovandomi a Bellaria Igea Marina in periodo invernale per una gara sportiva, l'aMare Suite mi ha permesso di far stare la mia famiglia e i miei bambini in un posto accogliente e spazioso in una suite molto grande e pulita. Il personale estremamaente gentile ci ha accolto molto calorosamente ed è stato molto disponibile. Sicuramente torneremo.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso Anfiteatro Campano la prima domenica di febbraio, in occasione di una visita alla Reggia di Caserta. Eravamo tre coppie e purtroppo l’esperienza è stata molto negativa. Accoglienza pessima: la proprietaria, invece di spiegarci il funzionamento della struttura, ha passato il tempo a lamentarsi di pensione e guadagni, per poi pubblicizzare l’attività del figlio che vende cialde di caffè. Riscaldamento insufficiente: il termostato era sotto chiave, quindi non accessibile. Le stanze sono rimaste intorno ai 18°C. I climatizzatori erano presenti ma senza telecomandi, quindi inutilizzabili (foto disponibili). Cucina inutilizzabile e poco curata: ci è stato detto che non potevamo cucinare per mancanza di abilitazione (nonostante acqua calda e caldaia funzionanti). Abbiamo comunque dovuto scaldare del cibo acquistato fuori, ma il microonde era sporco e incrostato, chiaramente non pulito dopo i clienti precedenti (anche di questo abbiamo foto). Inoltre piatti e stoviglie erano sporchi, segno che non viene fatto alcun controllo sull’igiene tra un soggiorno e l’altro. Zero attenzione verso gli ospiti: nessuna chiamata durante il soggiorno e, alla partenza, solo l’indicazione di lasciare le chiavi sul tavolo e andare via. In sintesi, scarsa professionalità, poca igiene e totale disinteresse per il cliente. Struttura sconsigliata: prima di prenotare, valutate molto bene.

All areas of the hotel were spotless. All the staff polite and friendly. The breakfast was superb, great choice, great choice and fantastic value.

The room was simple but very clean and comfortable (the AC was much appreciated!). The staff were attentive and friendly. It was very close to the beach and tons of restaurants, which made it very easy to come and go during the day. The hot water seemed limited by the end of the day, so our evening showers were cold most nights. The pool area was lovely with a good amount of shade to cool down during the hot afternoons. It was a very pleasant stay. Not luxury, but it was perfect for us! ??

Overall was okay. Quite clean hotel & the room was comfortable with no strange smell. My sleep was quite good. The location is also good with many eateries nearby.

入住双人房一个人空间刚好该有的都有 环境还ok 两个人可能会略显太挤 距离浅草闹区要走一小段路 但也不会太远 便利利商店有点距离 可以寄放行李会更好。
