Great bidet

Extremely attentive and kind people at the hotel. Great service, accommodation and excellent driving experience with Duncan. Limited number of cars in the conservancy, giving space for both visitors and animals

Perfect location and wonderful accommodations. Staff was lovely and caring too. And, the safari guides were outstanding-super knowledgeable, fun to spend time with and knew all the right angles for photos too. Highly recommend and hope to return some day with my family.

Nice and clean hotel good location for getting around the capital. Will definitely be staying there again. I 100% recommend this hotel. The staff are so nice and Polite.

Very friendly staff, room was clean and spacious, perfect for our first night in Costa Rica. We ate in the restaurant which had really good quality, fresh food.

The apartment unit clean and we loved our stay there.

Do NOT stay in Room 1604 Booked a 2 bed apartment advertised as sleeping 4 - 6 with Crystal ski First impressions - nice spacious and well equipped apartment close to the slopes. HOWEVER…. Barely slept for a week which impacted on the overall holiday. The 2nd bedroom backs on to the lift shaft which is very old and noisy. The lift winches were directly above the room. Every time the lift moved, the sound resonated throughout the whole apartment. The hotel were unable to offer another 2 bed apartment and expected us to squeeze into a one bed apartment if we were to move. Do NOT stay in room 1604 if you want to sleep and enjoy your holiday

J'ai voulu faire une surprise à mon mari pour la Saint Valentin et ai réservé un lodge pour une nuit. Malheureusement, la tempête a sévi précisément ces jours là et mon séjour était déjà payé et non remboursable. J'ai demandé un report pour raison exceptionnelle mais n'ai re?u qu'un refus catégorique et inhumain. On a même osé me dire qu'il n'y avait plus de tempête alors que les alertes étaient maximales! Lorsque l'on ne tient pas compte de "l'humain", on ne travaille pas dans le service.

Service is fair, location is fair. The shuttle bus fee is more expensive than Uber. How come a shuttle bus need cost AUD$12???

Quem deseja fazer Check in antes das 14h, procure outra rede/hotel. Cheguei na quinta-feira, às 08h50 da manh?, para estadia de 3 (três noites) no exato momento que o hotel tinha feito a saída (check out) de um grupo grande, de ?nibus. As 12h15 ainda n?o tinha quarto pro meu Check in com alega??o de indisponibilidade. Detalhe o hotel tem 264 quartos. De forma ir?nica e jocosa os recepcionistas perguntam se eu tinha lido o contrato de hospedagem, que o check in seria apenas após as 14h. Cordialidade e empatia ZERO!
