We had a very peaceful and pleasant stay. The hotel atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the staff were extremely courteous, helpful, and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the entire team for such a comfortable experience?????? We would like to specially appreciate Mr. Dipankar from the restaurant for the excellent service. His calm attitude, attentiveness, and courteous behaviour made our dining experience truly pleasant. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality????????????

Tiny room was looked over by adjoining building so curtains always closed. No coffee table so food or drink had to be consumed whilst sitting on the bed. No writing paper or pen. No soap holder on vaniity so grabbed a plate from the kitchen to hold soap. Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Service is top notch! From the airport pickup to attentiveness. Staff are very friendly and ready to help. Ended up booking further stay. The best manager, Mr Atta - definitely a gem who goes above and beyond. Good breakfast selections.

Room was clean, new, and modern. Staff members are so professional and friendly, tried best to make our stay great, gave us a memorable birthday celebration for my son!

Room was clean and it was a quiet area.

Meritas Auberge is a lovely bright and airy hotel…rooms well presented and nice balcony with bistro table and chairs. Set in a side street it is about 20 mins walk to the beach which has some lovely beach shacks. Room was kept clean and good quality toiletries. However we did find annoying mosquitoes so a repellent plug would have been useful as supplied in other hotels. I would also point out that the towels were not very white and also quite hard. Also our bedding had stains on the sheets. I would also mention that breakfast was very disorganised….we were usually at breakfast 8.15 each morning and staff were not prepared at all any morning…no juice, no milk and the chef was not at the cooked section…the Goan dishes were on show and well presented but not the European dishes. Check in and out were efficient and all staff friendly. There are a few nice restaurants nearby and the restaurant is available at the hotel.
