Great roomy place. Able to use beach items. Great bed and great bathroom.

We have been the 4th time to Kokomo. And we will come back a 5th time. This says more than 1000 words !!!

Our room was 2 hours late for check in- pretty disappointing customer service. The spa was fairly average - bit run down. Rest of the hotel was really nice, lovely breakfast in the morning and comfy bed.

We booked a family room for four and wev were informed in arrival.that was only for 3 people amd we had to pay a supplement .Although room.fit 4 people since it has twin beds and a king bed and all the amenities in the room for 4 people. Receptionist was very unfriendly. Lastly hotel has not lift from reception to rooms. If you have a heavy luggage is very difficult to carry the luggage to the lift. See picture of the ramp that you have to use. Also we booked hotel because it was supposed to be walk distance to airport since hotel it is 700 meters . However you need to take a taxi to airport because it is not direct access and it has got ramps and hills. Impossible to walk with luggage.

The accommodation was clean and well presented. However the mattress was rock hard, making sleep a little difficult. I think for the price point, it is hard to quibble, and it represents good value for money. Food was ok, perhaps a little pricey for what it was, but the restaurant and bar area are cozy. Good for an overnight stay, but perhaps not much longer as nothing around the accommodation.

We enjoyed three nights at Smiling Gecko, very welcomed by all staff from gardeners, farm workers, reception and pool bar. The charitable endeavour is most impressive and clearly making a tremendous difference to Cambodian communities. The farm tour, guided for us by Sim, was a real highlight of our stay. The gym was the best we used in Cambodia and there is also a c.5km route you can run around the grounds of hotel and farm, which was very peaceful way to start the day. The grounds are super peaceful and beautiful, as are the two pools and stilt houses that host some of the bedrooms. Food throughout our stay was outstanding and the prices reasonable for the quality and range of offer. You can borrow for no charge mountain bikes and one afternoon we cycled out of the hotel and into the local village and surrounds, a very safe experience. The one let down for us were the incredibly hard mattresses on the beds which did not create a restful night.

Another lovely stay at the Keswick Country Hotel. Staff friendly, room lovely and clean and breakfast great. Only thing to say is, it is looking a little tired up close in places

Really enjoyed our stay here. Mimi was really welcoming when we arrived, and showed us all of the things to do on a map once we arrived (with a free welcome drink!). Room was nice and breakfast was very good. Would stay again!
