Room was just ok, pool was inaccessible during our stay for 3days, it was closed for cleaning issue. Apparently it was clean.
Netflix wasn’t working.
Staff was friendly and responsive.
Area is perfectly accessible to all amenities.

Every single room listing for this hotel states that valet is included, yet I was charged for valet upon checkout. I provided the hotel with the room listing details, including screenshots of the room rates and inclusions, but because the confirmation email from ********** doesn’t itself state that parking is incudes, they refuse to honour what is advertised. It’s been a terrible experience and increased the cost of my stay by over 20%.
