We stayed here for 4 night. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. Especially Hrishika who helped us with our check in and check out smoothly. The rooms have everything you would need and the breakfast though limited had good taste. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has a fantastic location, close to everything you might need. The animation team is amazing – always friendly, energetic, and great at creating a fun atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of tasty dishes. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again ????

I stayed for almost 25 days in this hotel across 2 different stays. In the initial stay the only issue I faced was internet and they fixed it before my 2nd stay which was only 1 month apart. So they really take the feedback seriously. The location is very near to Fortis hospital which was my main reason for staying here. The front office staff is really helping, they make sure you dont have to go through any trouble. Special mention to Saaqib on the front desk who went out of the way to extend my stay in the hotel when I really needed it for emergency reasons. Animesh and Vikas on the front desk were extremely kind and helpful too. One thing that I needed specifically due to health and hygiene reasons is to keep the room clean every single day and changing the pillow covers and bed sheets etc. The housekeeping team is really helpful and they did their job extremely well every single time. Ashok Ji drives the house keeping team and he made sure I dont have to say anything twice. Multiple times I called up Vikas from this team to clean my room at odd times and he did it without any issues. Since my stay is long with a 3 month old kid, the room service staff always went out of their way to keep our stay comfortable. From properly packing the food and delivering it to my room, boiling the milk on request, delivering water whenever I asked them, preparing fresh and hot breakfast every single day, there is nothing which they didnt do whatever I asked them. Neelmani, Rajendra, Aravind and all the room service team are really nice and I really vouch for them that the hotel administration notices them to appreciate them in whatever way possible. Their chef is also good and all the items in the breakfast, lunch and dinner were tasty. Sandeep from the IT/Plumbing team also made sure I never face any wifi related issue.

Hotellet er fint. Det ligger lige i centrum af Kiel hvilket gjorde det nemt at komme rundt. Hotellets restaurant var rigtig god, vi spiste b?de morgenmad og aftensmad der. Jeg synes der var en del larm udefra, men jeg er ogs? meget lyd sensitiv. Personalet var fine og hjalp med at f? en seng op til vores s?n. Der er parkering p? hotellet til 22 EUR pr dag, det synes jeg er lidt dyrt.

We had a really nice stay at Ashoka Grand. The wooden cabins were cozy, the views were beautiful and rooms, bathrooms, hygiene, and fresh water was excellent. The staff was extremely warm, helpful and quick with service, which made a big difference. The food was tasty (slightly spicy) with a great menu and the tandoori items were especially good. The bonfires on two evenings were a lovely touch and made the stay feel very special.
