My wife and I enjoyed a relaxing and enjoyable time at Villa Venusta. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and clean and the hosts were very friendly.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Our room had 2 queen beds and they easily accommodated 2 of us and our late teen children. It's only 20 minutes from Jiminy Peak skiing area. There are several breakfast and food places nearby.

Very clean and super spacious kitchen, living room, bed room, and restroom. My family member is disabled and the doors to enter the suite, and the restroom were wide enough to fit the wheel chair. The hotel itself is in a great area with a coffee shop and food restaurants within walking distance in the same parking lot the hotel sits. There is also a gas station across the parking lot which was super convenient to get snacks and water. I will definitely be staying there again!

There was no hot water or WiFi access in my otherwise cozy room. The bed was comfortable but the sheets were scratchy. The staff was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. Great location within walking distance of downtown and Napa is absolutely lovely.

Front desk staff was great as well as bartender . Amenities were nice and hotel was very conveniently located

Quem deseja fazer Check in antes das 14h, procure outra rede/hotel. Cheguei na quinta-feira, às 08h50 da manh?, para estadia de 3 (três noites) no exato momento que o hotel tinha feito a saída (check out) de um grupo grande, de ?nibus. As 12h15 ainda n?o tinha quarto pro meu Check in com alega??o de indisponibilidade. Detalhe o hotel tem 264 quartos. De forma ir?nica e jocosa os recepcionistas perguntam se eu tinha lido o contrato de hospedagem, que o check in seria apenas após as 14h. Cordialidade e empatia ZERO!

Love this modern, clean hotel. Breakfast selection is good. Rooms are clean and modern. Convenient as its F&B outlets are plenty. Grab taxi services are readily avail on demand. Overall, a great hotel to stay.

Air conditioner/heat broken. Couldn't address it to the following day, had to switch rooms. Staff was nice but took too long to take care of the issue. Should have been given the option to change rooms that first night.
