This hotel is a real gem in a great location. The staff were all very helpful and professional, the place was spotless. The breakfast choices were numerous and delicious. Highly recommend this hotel.

Room was clean and the AC worked. The Hotel is just a few blocks off the Malecon and located close to other markets. They provide a nice tasty breakfast upstairs by an outside deck.

The room was well laid out and spotless.

All staff are very friendly, a room was clean and cosy. It equipted nice restraunt which sarved nice omllet,chai and smile. Thank you!

Sadly I have to inform the public that this company is not honorable at all.My wife and I booked a stay in July 2025 through *********** and the night before our intended visit, they cancelled our booking due to a drainage issue.Whilst these things can happen of course, they decided to keep our money in the process.After 9 months of numerous emails, phone calls and false promises eg."we are looking into this"..we still have not received a refund!So my firm advice would be think twice before booking a room let alone a wedding event!Booking.com have confirmed that the hotel received payment and didn't inform them that we hadn't stayed there.Shocking state of events and totally unprofessional indeed!

Lovely rooms shower amazing comfy beds, very clean rooms with great facilities, breakfast to die for Ella and Jason where great at breakfast lots of things to choose for everyone. I really like the selection of pillows they do. Well rested the next day.
