Pathetic service in all the aspects, staff can be rated as rudest and most egoistic staff .... never to be visited

We had a wonderful experience at Aavas Inn. The hospitality was truly exceptional — the staff were warm and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, What stood out the most was the food; delicious & great taste. From the quality of service to the overall hygeine was excellent.

Ich hatte eine Junior Suite mit Balkon und direktem Blick auf den See. Für italienische Verh?ltnisse war das Zimmer angenehm gro?, sauber und charmant eingerichtet. Man merkt dem Haus an, dass es ein ?lterer Altbau mit klassischem italienischem Stil ist – genau das macht aber auch den Charakter aus. Kleine Dinge wie feine Risse oder Silikonstellen, die nicht perfekt sind, geh?ren bei solchen historischen Geb?uden einfach dazu und haben mich nicht gest?rt. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte zuverl?ssig, das Bett hatte eine angenehm harte Matratze – für mich ein echter Pluspunkt, da ich in Italien oft eher durchgelegene Betten erlebt habe. Besonders sch?n war der Balkon mit den gemütlichen Sitzm?glichkeiten und der wunderbaren Aussicht auf den See. Gerade abends konnte man dort sehr angenehm verweilen. Positiv aufgefallen ist auch der t?gliche Service: Sobald das Wasser im Kühlschrank verbraucht war, wurde neues bereitgestellt. Das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verh?ltnisse eher europ?isch bzw. international ausgerichtet und deutlich umfangreicher als das klassische italienische Frühstück mit nur sü?em Geb?ck und Kaffee. Insgesamt ein Hotel mit viel Old-Style-Charme, toller Lage und entspannter Atmosph?re. Wer moderne sterile Luxusoptik sucht, ist hier vielleicht falsch – wer jedoch Charakter, Aussicht und italienisches Flair sch?tzt, wird sich wohlfühlen.

This hotel is simply amazing, from the welcome upon arrival, the luxurious rooms, to the immaculate grounds and pool. Breakfast in the garden was outstanding. The service provided by everyone was excellent but special mention must go to Maurice who was friendly and very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. KG also stood out for her service and friendly welcome. Hope to visit again some day.

Helpful check in staff, nice food for dinner

El mejor hotel de Logro?o para hospedarte. Cerca de todo, muy buen servicio y muy atento el personal. El único detalle es que no tienen plancha disponible. Todo lo demás excelente!

Situated in a pretty park right in the middle of Gijon this is a relatively modern Parador on the site of an old watermill. We had one night here and like all Paradores, the room was spotlessly clean. The food at breakfast and dinner was excellent

Lovely room and very hospitable hosts

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie für ein paar Tage in diesem Hotel und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und es wurden stets frische Badetücher bereitgelegt. Das Personal war ?usserst freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr kinderliebend. Die Aussicht auf das Meer war atemberaubend, und der Sandstrand war in nur wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Auch kulinarisch blieben keine Wünsche offen: Das Restaurant im Hotel war immer ausgezeichnet, ebenso die Restaurants direkt am Strand. Ich habe noch nie so feine Tagliatelle gegessen wie dort im Strandrestaurant. Alles in allem waren es wundersch?ne Ferien, an die wir uns sehr gerne erinnern.
