We had the most amazing stay at the national hotel in Miami. From first arriving in the Uber and being greated by the Bell staff and our luggage whisk away, check-in was a breeze, and the staff were very friendly. Our hotel room was perfect with a nice ocean view and very clean and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again! We also enjoyed a nice time out by the pool at the pool bar and the food, drinks and staff very good too.

Staff was really helpful as we bought some ready meal from nearby supermarket, staff was willingly helping to reheat and provide cutlery. Location was good too, just really near the train station access to Paris centre.

The staff were very pleasant however the comfort levels in the room did not live up to expectations. Our upgrade to a club room was a disappointment I'm afraid. No fridge in room, very narrow console table, tiny bedside shelves, so very little space to put a book, charge a phone and have a glass of water by your bed. Street noise was present throughout the night on both nights, from groups in the street and emergency vehicles The breakfast was basic with no raw or cooked vegetables to accompany the other offerings. Overall not a great experience

Well, I’m highly disappointed. What you see in the pictures is not what you actually get at the place. The hotel is old, and so are the rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast for $25 is a joke—there’s almost nothing to eat. The temperature was 17°C, which is freezing. I asked the staff to turn it off, and so did another Asian lady, but it was impossible because, as they said, “it’s centrally controlled.” I also had to pay extra for an upgrade just to get into the room before the original check-in time. The room itself was not upgraded at all—I basically only paid for early check-in, which is fine, but that should have been clear. The plus is the staff at the reception desk.

Spotless room, very friendly staff, lots of choices for restaurants, walkable to the beach and Old Town, If ever back to Lagos we would stay here again.

Scenic canal view room, tidy and clean, fully renovated washroom, quaint and elegant room decorations and quiet. Beautiful artwork throughout, the hotel staff engagement was excellent since check in and duration of stay. It was a pleasure celebrating our anniversary at Ambassade Hotel and we will definitely stay again here when we return to beautiful Amsterdam!

We enjoyed our stay at Divi Dutch Village in Aruba. Pros: Great staff. Easy walkable area, close to beach/pools/restaurant on our site. Good variety of food and drink options nearby. Grocery store within walking distance. The Oranjestad ship port was viewable from the beach; we walked to downtown to the port area. This resort is south of the hotel high-rise area and was quieter and less busy. Cons: Very small room; king studio had no patio/deck or indoor seating area. Signature all inclusive package did not include many restaurants on the beach side of the resort. Most options were at the Divi Golf which was a short walk or shuttle ride away on the other side of the road. The Tiki Bar/Restaurant at Divi Dutch closes at 8pm; no food/drink available on the beach side after that time unless you go to Tamarijn or Divi All Inclusive. Divi Dutch resort seems to close down when it gets dark, very few guests on their patio or deck after sunset.

There was old cobweb beside the wardrobe in my room. I reported about it and later found it had been cleaned after the daily service. Otherwise room is comfortable. Staff were brilliant in reception and restaurant.
