Lokasi cukup baik dekat rs, kampus dan cafe. Dilewati bus trans metro bandung.

The location is very good and accessible to all places. Near business district of makati. Walter mart don bosco makati square and restaurant. Definitely will stay here again for sure. The staff are very courteous and polite.

The property was well mentioned and clean. Very good service. Food and hosting was very good. Anil did good job. Food was also very good

The location of the hotel was excellent and the staff were very helpful and polite. However, the hotel is in need or refurbishment as it’s very old looking. The breakfast was also poor as it was mainly Asian. You get what you pay for as the price reflects the hotel.

L’albergo è molto accogliente e curato. Un grande complimento ai camerieri: sempre gentili, professionali e attenti a ogni esigenza. Il cibo è stato ottimo, di grande qualità e presentato benissimo. Un ringraziamento speciale allo chef, che con i suoi piatti ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Torneremo sicuramente!

el hotel está muy bien, excelente ubicación. El desayunador es cómodo, lindo. El desayuno cumple pero no sorprende. Tiene un lindo patio aunque la pileta estaba averiada. Teníamos dos habitaciones, la de planta baja tenía un poco de olor a humedad. La del segundo piso (escalera) estaba mucho mejor.

staff are very friendly and patient! they made my stay feel good. only issue is the water heater.. it does not stay turned on, instead it will turn off once there is a certain limit on the water tap handle. so its either too cold or too hot.

Good location and very clean but a bit noisy during the night one as you could hear the receptionist on the phone at 2am

No cumple con lo que promete como hotel con spa Reservamos un fin de semana en el Hotel Son Antem esperando disfrutar del spa. Se nos informó previamente de que la piscina principal estaba cerrada por mantenimiento, pero no se nos avisó de que otras instalaciones del spa también estaban afectadas, como el jacuzzi. La hora de entrada era a las 16:00, pero entramos más tarde. Al acceder al spa, los saunas olían muy mal, lo que hizo imposible utilizarlos con normalidad. El personal nos indicó que había otra piscina climatizada, pero esta información no fue comunicada previamente ni ofrecida como alternativa, algo que consideramos básico cuando hay servicios cerrados. Para el precio y la categoría del hotel, la experiencia fue claramente insatisfactoria. Falta de comunicación y de atención al cliente.
