Everything was almost perfect, except the body wash bottle was empty. It was my second time staying there that i was in the shower and found out that shower body wash bottle was empty. So annoying.

The hotel was clean and spacious, All the staff we're friendly, the only fault i had was when I went for breakfast on the day checking out I returned to the room and the cleaner was cleaning the room which was rather inconvenient.

The heater didn’t work in our first room, the elevator was broken. Noisy very early in the morning and we had to ask for the dirty area rugs to be taken out of our room. We called Dow the next morning the the manager and he said he would refund our money. Then we were never refunded!

Very nice hotel in a good location. The reception was super friendly and patient and offered us many help. It was a bit confusing at first since you need to enter the building from one of the three doors and get to the reception on 4th floor, but after that everything was good.
The room was clean and tidy with no oddor, a bit small to open two large suitcases, but not a big problem. The air conditioner kept the room warm and cosy. Our room was at 8th floor with nice city view (in the photo), there were occasional sirens outside the window but in general pretty quiet from both nearby and inside. The TV allowed screen mirroring, and there was a very nice speaker above it. We didn't use the stove but the large fridge and microwave were quite useful. There were laundry machines and dryers next to a small gym.
It took about 15 minutes to the main train station, can travel by either underground or tram which was convenient. There were many good restaurants and supermarkets around, and it was close to most of the attractions.

I have just returned from staying a few nights at this hotel. The first thing that struck me was when I called to make a reservation 2 weeks before I was told they were fully booked, my girlfriend turned up on the day we wanted to stay and they had numerous rooms vacant - there only seemed to be 5 rooms booked the first night we were there. The village is a great idea and great views, but the room was dirty, the bathroom hadn't been upgraded since the 1980s, the bathroom tiles hadn't been cleaned in almost as long, the bedroom floor was really dusty and the bedroom walls were dirty. We ate at the restaurant the 2nd night we were there and although the food wasn't bad, but it certainly wasn't good. Overcooked meats, unimaginative presentation and the staff clearly hadn't had any training at all - our main course arrived whilst we were still eating out starters, the bill was wrong and it took 10 minutes to correct it and the price they were charging for the food I would have expected much more. The pool was freezing, the area around the pool was dirty and the staff seemed to be more concerned with looking at the female guests than maintaining the pool area. It has the potential to be a really nice hotel, but my experience of the hotel was it was poorly managed, over priced and the restaurant staff / food needed a whole new approach.
