Disappointed! After reading all the positive comments, we booked this resort for our family vacation. Huge mistake! The buffet food is not only gross but barely any options whether you go for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Very FEW THINGS! Nothing available for kids. NOTHING! Prepare for the first 2 days to eat at the buffet since they won't accept you anywhere else without a reservation. The Caribbean restaurant is delicious & staff are nice there! Most of the staff look like they don't want to be there and aren't polite or even smiling. There are some amazing staff though. Lobby staff- miserable! They split our party and gave 1 room on the first floor, street access , with balcony doors that didn't lock/ secure. They refused to move the guests for 2 days, on day 3 they sent the locksmith. The cleaning ladies were nice. This resort has so much potential but definitely need to train staff and management on how to run it. Entertainment was weak. Barely any music playing during the day. BARELY any engagement, didn't care to try to get people to participate. The crowd- OLD, mostly over 60. It feels like an elderly retreat center! Alcohol- I don't even know what they give us. No top shelf! Only 3 bars (beach bar/sports bar during the day.... at night you have 1 bar by the theater/ lobby & sport's bar) prepare to wait a while for drinks. Usually 1 bartender... if you're lucky, maybe 2. The beach is very pretty, clean, lots of beach chairs and towels.Royalton- YOU GOTTA DO BETTER

Great location. Great breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Easy parking in back. And our room was clean and roomy, as was the bathroom. Two nits which made me go with four stars instead of five: the shower floor/tub was incredibly slippery and there were no grab bars to hang onto for support. If we left the windows closed when we weren't in the room, we'd return to an odd smell. Not sure what it was....

Rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient and the airport shuttle was very convenient.

I love this hotel, great location and service for most of the staff, on top of that, the complimentary of free wine tasting and others value added.

Hotel molto carino, pulito e ben gestito. Ho soggiornato qui per lavoro e mi sono trovato molto bene. Camera ordinata, letto comodo e ambienti curati. Si nota attenzione ai dettagli e una buona organizzazione generale della struttura. Personale gentile e disponibile, sempre cortese durante il soggiorno. Posizione comoda per gli spostamenti e servizi adeguati al contesto. Colazione semplice ma piacevole, con prodotti freschi. Nel complesso un’esperienza positiva, consigliato sia per viaggi di lavoro sia per brevi soggiorni di relax.

The views at the hotel were beyond stunning and took my breath away every day. All staff were very friendly, helpful, respectful and hardworking. The animation team were welcoming and lots of fun. The food was fresh, delicious and varied at each meal time. We loved the cooked to order sections. There was so much choice. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable and had lovely views of the garden areas and the sea. The hotel was amazing value and we loved the option of the regular taxi boat to Herceg Novi where we visited the old town and the fortresses. I would recommend the hotel advertise the excursions more effectively, perhaps providing information in the rooms or at reception. Bobana was really caring, honest and helpful . We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful, well run hotel

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das gesamte Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der traumhafte Strand direkt vor der Tür. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Todo bien excepto la ducha porque salía agua fría durante unos seguidos, varias veces, a lo largo de una ducha caliente de duración normal, y que la cisterna del inodoro cargaba muy poca agua. Estos defectos fueron comunicados en recepción al salir. Por lo demás, todo bien..
