第二次入住这个酒店，因为第一次入住感很好所以继续选择了这家酒店，方便去机场。（酒店房间的厨房以及洗衣设施都是让人喜欢的） 第二次从前台的checkin开始，给了电视坏了房间。之后换到5楼的房间，在入睡前看到了房顶上的一只恶心的脏袜子??????????（人在无语的时候真的会笑）。当时已快接近11:30pm，第二天一早需赶飞机无力气再次理箱子合箱子换房间。最后我们要求退款，酒店拒绝了我们。（我不知道他们拒绝的理由是什么??是对这只臭袜子倍感有理吗？）酒店方反而成为了有理的一方。所以选择酒店，第一个还是衞生与态度，谨慎选择

We spent a lot of money on our stay and we were extremely disappointed. Room and Staff were great. Otherwise, tons of children. The pools, restaurants and lobbies were crowded and noisy. Advertised 7 "restaurants" but each night we were there only 3+/- were open, the ones we wanted to dine at were closed 2 of the 3 nights of our stay. There is no true "beach" anywhere nearby, only a semi man-made enclosed lagoon. The food was inconsistent and about average at best (with stingy portions). 15 minute wait for omelet at breakfast buffet. Liquor selection was average and although "all-inclusive" the only wines offered (without having to pay for) were a house red or white. There is little to do outside of the resort. It is an enclosed "Americanized" community with some ticky-tacky touristy boutiques and few inspiring bars or restaurants nearby. There is an interesting area that one can watch some very entertaining dolphins do tricks. Seemed to work for many other guests but absolutely not for us, especially after the big bucks we paid.....

It was a very grateful stay with seven17.. Behaviour of a staff is very good very nice , food is excellent with a good view . Reasonable price with good location , all clean and hygiene....good experience I would like to suggest everyone plz visit once ???????? ??????????

Very convenient location, big family rooms, very good breakfast. Nice pub. Great for spending one night before or after a long flight.

Clean, spacious and functional rooms in great location. Parking is extra and would of been helpful to know in advance where to park as street parking can get you a ticket..

Excellent experience overall. The staff is really nice, and the room is has one of the best views, we can see the castle just by looking outside the window!!! one bonus point is that its right next to the restruant which makes the whole celebration very special

Awesome place to stay with all the games and activities and great location, me and my wife had a great time.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con la mia famiglia e posso solo dire cose positive! Posizione tranquilla! Hotel bellissimo con arredamento tipico trentino rinnovato da poco,camere spaziose e ben arredate. Spa piccola ma carina con piscina. Punto di forza la cucina, veramente ECCEZIONALE!!!! Cameriere gentilissime e proprietari sempre pronti a soddisfare i clienti complimenti a tutto lo staff!!!

I stayed in a single room and had a great experience. The room was nicely decorated, well maintained, and the bed was comfortable as always. Tea and coffee facilities were provided, and there are vending machines in reception. The hotel also provides the usual hot food, drinks, and snacks. The hotel is opposite a small shopping centre with a large Asda superstore, McDonald’s, and other handy options. It’s also just a five minute drive from the Tereza Joanne, which was ideal as that’s where I went out for the night. Premier Inn is one of my favourite budget hotel chains, and I’ll definitely be staying again.
