ハーフタームの家族旅行で利用。 子どものバンクベットを准备くださり、助かりました。 身内の诞生日に、ささやかなプレゼントを准备くださり、ポーツマスでの思い出が増えました。夕暮れのビーチは最高です。 朝食は、ブリティッシュスタイルで、可もなく不可もなく。开放的な空间はよかったです。 残念ながら、旅の目玉であるプールは利用できず。受付でいただいた印刷物に书いてある时间が间违っていました。プールのために选んだホテルだったので、子どもを宥めるのに、工夫が必要でした。 この度はお世话になり、大変ありがとうございました。

Hotel céntrico, la decoración puede parecer anticuada pero yo lo llamaría clásico. Nuestra habitación era muy espaciosa con una cama de matrimonio King siempre. El ba?o amplisimo. El personal de diez. Estamos muy contentos y repetiremos.

酒店的地理位置绝佳，旁边就是2号线8号线鼓楼大街地铁站。斜对面的炙子烤肉推荐！骑行1公里左右可到四季民福安德路店、鼓楼、南锣鼓巷等，超级方便！可能是老建筑原因，房间的隔音有点差，但总体推荐！

Other than understanding how the lights and electronics work, there was absolutely nothing about the hotel that was not perfect! The staff, the rooms and the breakfast was wonderful! A+

Property is a great place and location, unfortunately they made changes that now include a per day parking charge, which was not published at the time the reservation was made. The parking is not anything spectacular as it is and we have stayed here many times before with no charges for this and really no improvements were noted at this time. Maybe this is not a great deal to many people but when you buy a package with everything paid up front, I expect no surprise charges like this. Shame on you. Also had no water problems a few of the days we were there, not a total inconvenience.

The breakfast was wonderful, all freshly made and very tasty. Room was perfect and the beds were just like we like them. More hard rather then sunken in!

We were very happy with our room, clean, quiet and comfortable. In walking distance to a restaurant and pub with live music. Also parking was easy and included in price.

Lovely hotel a bit outside of town but accessible by trolley bus once you get to know how to use the bus. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast; comfortable bed and clean room.

I loved your place. Everybody was so nice and helpful. I think your breakfast was not so good. You should think avout upgrading the quality of breakfast to match your beautiful chateau. Specifically the bread and fruit. Also you should offer wine on your patio to enjoy the beautiful view
