Managed to get a special offer deal for Feb; the room was excellent, spacious and with a spectacular landscape and sea view of Marble Hill beach. Staff were excellent, our room was clean / serviced very quickly; & the must have breakfast was perfectly cooked. Didn't manage to get to the gym or pool; the Guinness called me! In the evening plenty of entertainment as you would expect in Donegal, talented musicians everywhere!

Australians are friendly, patient, and helpful. Simonne and her husband not only embody all of these qualities, but exceed them many times over. How many hosts take the time to answer their guests' curious questions about culture, job opportunities, and where they come from? And which of the hosts also makes sure that the tickets for events are actually valid? Well, the two of them did so patiently and were a source of information for us. Also worth mentioning is their adorable dog, who immediately wins your heart.

Service minded hotel run by a friendly family. Large spa with sauna, jaccuzzi, steam bath. Spatious lounge with bar and a restaurant with a long table fitting a company of 30+ persons. The food was excellent except one night when it was a bit overambitious. The ambition was high but the flavour was missing. Better the other night with more clean meny and focus on flavour. Appreciated extra help with lost luggage.

五星级酒店我就用五星级的标准去评价。
首先到店门口有客人的车堵了车道，我甚至无法在门口卸行李，下午两点半酒店没有迎宾人员，我们俩找半天车位然后拉着行李走去大厅。离店的时候，明明门口有人，也没有人帮我老婆搬行李，我下车去接行李和工作人员对视一眼他也没理我。我唯一感受到的服务是早餐厅服务员给我到了咖啡和果汁。
第二，如果你是为了滑雪方便选择他家请慎重，雪板不能带回房间，-2层的大厅酒店客人不能免费使用，需要花钱租储物柜，虽然离缆车很近，但并不是滑进滑出，还有一个大约两层的楼梯。因为我是租板，可以在雪具店更换装备，我并没有询问储物柜价格。
第三，五星级酒店房间墙面全是刷的大白我是头次见，我的房间304外面是个烂尾楼，并且和隔壁房间有一扇门相连，基本等于没有隔音，隔壁用吹风机我听得一清二楚。而且不知道他们房间的墙是什么构造，不知道哪个房间关门咣当一声，我的床头都会跟着颤。
第四，衞生也就那样吧，细节不行，咖啡机水箱如照片，全是水垢。
总结，本意是选择一家滑雪方便，我老婆不滑雪也可以舒舒服服休息的酒店，但各方面都不太满意。发两张雪场图凑数。

Wunderbares Hotel mit einem traumhaften Zimmer mit Blick auf die Mosel. Exzellentes und reichhaltiges Frühstück, sehr gutes Abendessen und ein fantastischer Wellnessbereich. Sehr freundliches Personal! Einzige Kommentar. Auf den Balkonen darf geraucht werden. Der starke Geruch in andere Zimmer passt nicht zum Standard des Hotels!
