Absolutely stunning hotel. The view from the quiet pool was simply incredible, food delicious, staff so helpful and kind. We had Upul who we had serve us a lot and he was lovely so thank you to Upul! Great location to the safari which they organised for us, would recommend to anyone.

We booked a budget family room, I didn't realise budget now means run down and dirty. Other than the linen on our bed, the room was filthy. Dust bunnies hanging from a rusty fan, freezer so over frozen I could barely open in, hole in the wall, toilet paper shoved in the gaps in the window, layers of dust on the lights and window sills. It was just a mess. I raised my concerbs with recep8who was initially defensive and told me I booked a budget room, which I found unacceptable. My kids did want to stay so we checked out. About 45 mins later, reception apologised and admitted the room wasn't to standard. The only saving grace in this situation. Only then did he offer a free room upgrade, but we had already made other plans

The room was clean, unlimited water, coffee tea, and popcorn. The TV had cable. We were happy ??

Bathroom extremely tired. Towel rail falls off walk, metal bar on bottom of door loose and hanging off one end. Smell from drains made me feel nauseous so sat outside from 4am so I could breathe. Shower head wouldn’t stop dripping and even with door closed was like Chinese torture

Nous avons loger dans l'h?tel dans le cadre d'un déplacement sportif. Rien à redire sur l'h?tel dans son ensemble. Tout était nickel. Seul point mais qui n'est pas lié à l'h?tel c'est le fait qu'il ne soit pas très bien desservi en terme de transport en commun mais c'est un détail.

Extremely small room but expensive, when I said small I meant, you would even struggle opening your luggage, staffs are kind and accomodating though.

The resort itself is stunning, extremely clean, the stuff was amazing, specially Gomaa was super nice, he went above and beyond to make sure every day that the room was 10/10 , make something special for our friends birthday, that was super nice of him, we definitely will return!
