La limpieza, la calidez del personal, la oferta de comida, las piscinas cálidas y un océano y una playa ideal para bucear hacen de este hotel una gran idea. Mención especial a Gaia, que hablaba perfectamente espa?ol y se encargó hasta del más mínimo detalle de la estancia, y a Ahmmed, que nos ayudó con la limpieza de la habitación 5212, siempre impecable y fresca Si vuelvo a Sharm, definitivamente se lo haría a Jaz Fanara

Every part of the hotel and every member of their hospitality team ( they’re not just “staff” here ) is noticeably held to very high standards. Great amenities in the room, visit the pool which has a whirlpool & coed sauna and men’s and women’s steam rooms in the locker rooms. The Four Seasons without the pretentiousness and at a great rate. We will definitely return

The hotel is very nice and specially the food was very nice and the resturent staff is very polite. Specially thank to hukum , utkarsh and vikash they served well . I received what i ordered . Chef Kushal is very nice person he came to meet me specially .

酒店宣传是温泉泡汤，可是入住后被告知锅炉，是的，温泉锅炉检修，包括游泳池都关闭，好吧，800多一晚上，设施原来是水中月镜中花，虚构的，携程有欺骗之嫌，酒店想浑水摸鱼。 这也就算了，更可恶的是半夜关闭空调，大冬天早上起来被冻到，三番五次来人忽悠，问你体感有没有升高，看来他们的酒店温度是靠客人体感升温的。这家酒店太恶劣甚至邪恶！

Good service nice in town .. great location

Rooms were dated, only wall plug in for Devi e charging no USB ports. Good breakfast, better the second day no powdered scrambled eggs. Male staff at front desk a little too casually dressed and not knowelgable about the area food suggestions especially. Would try another hotel next time
