Me gustó la amabilidad del personal, especialmente la de Rosario en la alberca. El hotel, muy limpio, sin plagas; las camas y cojines, muy bien. Bonitos jardines. El show del bar me gustó, buen pianista y tecladista, muy agradables y canta bien. El costo de los alimentos lo percibí alto, especialmente el del brunch $650. La habitación ( suite ) de buen tama?o. Había una peque?a fuga en la llave del lavabo. Sugiero que se implemente, calefacción en la primera alberca, porque el agua está muy fría. Y un poco de mayor limpieza en los escalones de entrada a la alberca climatizada Faltan juegos para los ni?os y actividades de entretenimiento e interacción con los clientes Gracias por todo

Un magnifique chateau, quoi de mieux pour passer un bon week-end ? Notre chambre les Andelys était très belle et spacieuse. Nous avons apprécié pour prendre un verre dans la confortable bibliothèque. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et excellent. Les h?tes sont discrets et très agréables. N’hésitez à aller y séjourner !

To be fair the staff were all really lovely and helpful. But the hotel is worn and outdated. The room was nice but pretty basic. Definitely needs a revamp. We went in the spa which I visited 15 years ago and its still identical except the spa shower wasnt working, nor the ice chips. Cracked paint/plaster in the ceiling above the pool and all along the changing room corridor. Nice, but no where near what I expected it to be like. Shame really as it was a special treat for us. Cheap sausages at breakfast too, with stale pastries, the coffee machine was also coming up with errors. Not good enough, would not recommend or stay there again.

Es hat ein kleines sch?nes SPA, die Paarmassage kann ich sehr empfehlen. Das Bad hat und etwas gefehlt. Es hat aber eine Sauna/Dampfbad eine SPA Dusche und einen hübschen Ruheraum. Das Highlight ist das Restaurant sowie die Bibliothek. Toll! Wundersch?n. Einziger Kritikpunkt nebst dem fehlenden Bad waren beim Frühstück die Teller, viele waren schmutzig von Eierspeisen Rückst?nde. Besten Dank für den sch?nen ruhigen Ort????

一个酒店好评可能是刷出来的 但是差评绝对真实。该酒店刷到的差评本人经历或者目睹证实的如下： 1.设备陈旧到处是受潮脱落 2.衞生真的一眼难尽，地上的口香糖痕迹（有图）、沙发上的大长头发3.热水壶脏到令人发指（有图）4.所谓大床房是两张单人拼在一起的（有图）4.前台的那个男阿三只要你有问题需要他解决就秒变脸。5.浴巾看心情换 ，客房服务基本属于随机野生。以上都是住前刷到的评论 在入住后本人真实经历的。

We had 2 rooms both of which were great. But the stand out thing about this hotel without doubt are the fabulous staff.

Deeply Disappointing Stay — A Milestone Birthday Trip Completely Mishandled We booked this trip specifically to celebrate my mother’s 79th birthday, expecting at the very least decent service and some basic attention to guest requests. Unfortunately, from check-in onward, the experience was frustrating and frankly unacceptable for this level of accommodation. We reserved three rooms and had emailed 2–3 weeks ahead requesting a room with the best possible view since this was a special family celebration. Instead, we were assigned a room with an obstructed view — which made it seem like our request was either ignored or simply not taken seriously at all. The check-in experience only added to the disappointment. The agent appeared disengaged, didn’t really listen, and gave minimal responses to straightforward questions. There was no acknowledgment that this was a milestone birthday trip, no warmth, and certainly no sense of hospitality. I had also emailed beforehand asking for a simple birthday decoration in the room — nothing elaborate, just a small gesture to make the occasion feel special. This was completely overlooked. No explanation, no apology, nothing. Within minutes of arrival, we had already encountered multiple issues, and honestly, I considered checking out immediately. That’s how discouraging the first impression was. For a property that markets itself as a quality accommodation, the lack of attention, poor communication, and indifference toward guests was surprising — and disappointing enough that I would hesitate to return or recommend it, especially for special occasions.

The apartment was very nice and situated in a prime spot. The metro and bus s were just across the road so everywhere was so accessible.
