The hotel was quite nice, but the service was really bad. We, five people group, stayed in two rooms for four nights, paid over 2800eur. The last day, as the late checkout was not possible, we asked if we could take a shower in the spa after the last skiing day, it was not possible. The spa was open and it was empty. This has never ever happened to us in any other hotel, and we travel a lot. If the spa is there, the customers should be able to use it before leving the hotel. Never ever to this hotel again! Simply bad customer service and bad will.

Beautiful riad interior, lovely rooms with high ceilings, but the great part really is the staff, who were super friendly and accommodating, they gave us a free upgrade as it was quiet. The breakfast was okay, and the shower does make a little mess, but the beds were toasty! Great value if you’re a couple.

While the FC seems like an adult oasis, I found that everything (bowling, theater, classes) were more or less already booked up, and there were tons of kids at the club all weekend. While the staff are mostly very nice, there was an oddly limited amount of information provided about where things were, how you utilize the amenities, or what was what. There was also almost no signage anywhere. It was kind of an odd experience and I'm not sure I would stay there again.

南亚版唐顿庄园名副其实！此行最贵但也最满意最漂亮的一家酒店，物有所值！下午茶小提琴活人全程演奏，非常有氛围！check in的服务人员特别有英式贵族老派管家严谨绅士的气质。最漂亮的是酒店外面的花园，一定要留出一定时间拍美照。晚餐我们选择了负一楼泰式餐厅，价廉物美，四人吃了24000多卢比，非常撑，特别满足满意！如果还要来兰卡，一定要再住！
酒店回复：必须要追评一下酒店给我们打包的早餐，因为很早起床去霍顿平原徒步，酒店打包了非常贴心的高品质早餐，有苹果、椪柑、香蕉、两种果汁，三明治、巧克力，牛角麪包等等。还给我们准备了热水！霍顿平原徒步非常值！进门前最好是把带塑料包装的食物吃掉，因为不让带进去！整个公园除了厕所没有一个垃圾桶，保护得非常好！

空调系统不行，空调的风扇页坏了，导致空调的送风有问题。有要求过换房但职员说房间已满未能换房。 房间里的空气待久了会觉得很局促。
其他设施还是ok 的，但我住的楼层好像没有CCTV~
位置ok
附近有Family mart, Aeon 超市， 拉面、烧肉店都很近。
在两个地铁站中间，每边大概走6-7分钟左右。
