The hotel itself is a beautiful property, well maintained, kind and respectful staff. In particular Dawn and Emma were quite helpful. I planned the trip with the intention of relaxation with little planned. There was some confusion with my reservation as I wanted the Ninta Bungalow and thought I had it but had it for only two days and had to move. They were helpful but there are no concessions made for any deviation from process. For example. We had inquired about a romantic dinner and we never chose the menu and so assumed it was not planned. They booked a reservation for me at my request elsewhere and then told me I had the romantic dinner while we were at the other restaurant eating. I had to pay for the romantic dinner with no discount given, the full amount ($400.00) for a no show. I requested a 20 percent discount and explained the oversight etc and they thanked me for coming and made zero concession. A 20 percent discount would have made me feel okay about it. But alas, no. For that reason only I left disappointed. I would come back as it was very nice but it still hurt.

Can’t praise this place enough and mind you I visited in February in lousy weather conditions. I so look forward to coming back in the summer when it’s possible to stay around the pool area with stunning views. Add a great room, lovely hospitality and an amazing breakfast - I highly recommend it!

Hermoso, cómodo! Lo llegué a sentir como mi peque?o hogar durante la semana que me hospedé allí. Buen internet, buenas opciones de desayuno, muy rico todo, incluso los cócteles. Mis demás colegas de trabajo también amaron su estancia. Definitivamente lo repetiría.

Really loved that it was so easy to check in , an ideal location with a beautiful breathtaking view , the room was worth the price it was immaculate and had everything we needed , staff were very friendly and accommodating . The reception staff member even took our bags to look after for a few hours after we checked out to avoid us having to lug them about . Compliments to the staff

Excellent Service ?? We stayed at The Penta Beach Resort from October - November 2025. I would like to commend the whole team, headed by Ms. Anna, specially Ms. Grace & Gil for making sure everything we needed was delivered on time, from the room requirements, to our meals, laundry, massage and other special request ?? also the F&B team Gerwyn and Regine. Will definitely go back to Penta ??

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con mio marito e mio figlio ( 6 anni ) dal 2 al 4 febbraio 2026. Hotel con una posizione ( fuori dal centro di Dobbiaco ed a 1650 MT ) spettacolare x chi vuole,come noi, un po' di tranquillità. Cibo di buonissima qualità ( primo , secondo e dolce a scelta fra 3 possibilità). Colazione a buffet con pietanze dolci e salate. Forse una piccola pecca è che le bevande ai pasti sono escluse ( tranne che x la colazione) ; personalmente avrei preferito fossero incluse nel prezzo. Parcheggio auto gratuito e comodo fuori dall'hotel,mentre il garage ( a pagamento 10€/giorno ) è poco distante. Pulizia eccellente in tutti gli ambienti comuni e nelle camere. Camere molto comode e spaziose . Zona piscina e SPA ,non enormi ,ma molto belle, curate e pulite. Una piccola pecca è che l'acqua della piscina era un pochino freddina ( secondo me ) ,avrei gradito qualche grado in più. La sig.ra Sonja e tutto il personale sono accoglienti,gentili,cordiali e disponibili. Sicuramente consiglio al 100% questo hotel e ci ritornerò sicuramente. Grazie mille. Ilenia

Chambre avec vu sur la mer superbe. Le personnel ne semble pas très heureux que ce soit le personnel de chambre ou celui du petit déjeuner. Dommage n'avoir pas pu avoir accès à la salle de sport (car dégat des eaux) ni au sauna car il aurait été réservé. On n'est pas informé que le sauna doit être réservé. Au final ?a fait beaucoup.

Staff was friendly but housekeeping was lacking. They didn’t clean each day and didn’t replenish stuff.

I can not praise this place high enough. The staff were really lovely. I’d easily say the best off all the holiday inns that I’ve stayed around the country. They are very grounded, genuine, helpful and just very lovely. From being given a coin for the spa locker before I even asked, to storing my lunch for work next day in their fridge to offering me free coffee in the morning as I was leaving, they went above and beyond. Pls don’t change!
