The room had a very strong nauseating and sickening smell. As we were napping we were hearing noises within the walls and there was a small mouse within our room. We booked two nights but was so disgusted that we left before the second night

This Hotel is truly one of the most luxurious, calm, and well-organized places I’ve visited around. Their environment is peaceful, beautifully maintained, lighting is 10/10 and perfect for both business and leisure stays. The customer service is exceptional, professional, and always ready to help. I would especially like to recognize the receptionist named Mercy, for her outstanding hospitality, kindness, and attention to customers. She made the experience even more welcoming and smooth from the very first moment and it has been a top-tier experience at Zara Gardens

Fantastic stay at Hotel AKA Alexandria. Stylish, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with spacious rooms and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the location is perfect. Close to everything, yet quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

We had everything we needed in one place: clean rooms, cappuccino, laundry, gym, pool, limited food choices at the bar/bistro, super friendly staff, cozy lobby, and lots of snow for the kids to play in. Note that there isn't an airport shuttle and there isn't a full restaurant on the premise. Only complaint was that the breakfast was consistently cold. Would definitely stay here again. Affordable and convenient to the airport.

Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were welcoming. Location was good and beds were comfortable. High flat screen TV, ideal for watching AO final. The view was amazing. Would definitely return.
