Nothing overly special, but reliable, well located, clean, and easy for a city stay.

What a fantastic gem to find in Birmingham! Beautiful lobby, delicious food, a spa and convenience. But as always, when traveling, it’s the staff that make the difference. From being greeted so nicely when I arrived to the front desk staff providing smiles and laughs, to going above and beyond to meet any requests, I found the staff to be outstanding. Would happily stay here again.

Adorable accueil - le repas en chambre et la carte des vins superbe merci ....

The room was good. The breakfast was very good. We didn’t eat dinner as we preferred to go out to somewhere smaller. The pool was excellent but didn’t use the sauna because it was expensive, I don’t need to spend 3 hours in a sauna. There’s been plenty of hotels were they have been included or cheaper.

The checkin process was smooth and quick very welcoming staff appreciated the hospitality and seamless service throughout the stay. Looking forgot visit again Ms pooja ji was also very helpful

The property shows really well and is clean. The doormen and valet are super kind and efficient. The check-in was smooth and easy. The room was clean and simple. The elevators were quick every time. Cons: front desk staff failed to inform us of amenities available like pool/bar hours, available bikes to checkout, etc. Ordered room service to which the order was taken incorrectly (they wrote down the wrong room). Called them back regarding the food over an hour later and they bought us the food that had been sitting out. Ate only the crab soup and got food poisoning. Let them know and they gave a late checkout so I could get myself together but charged me for the food. Smh

The room was very clean and well- appointed. The bath was welcome and the heated towel rail useful. The bed was comfortable.The bar food was very good and the breakfast excellent. I would definitely stay again.

Welcoming and helpful team and quietly produced a homely feel for a night. Lovely to see local produce.
