Empfang, Frühstück gut-sehr gut, reichhaltig. Freundlichkeit: teilweise schnippisch, teilweise extrem h?flich. Superior-Zimmer mit Blick auf die Berge: Sauberkeit hat viel Luft nach oben, Spinnenweben an den Holzbalken der Decke. Kleine Hyppe-Dusche (nicht begehbar) man kann sich kaum drehen unst?sst st?ndig mit den Ellbogen irgendwo an, Gummilitzen an den Duschtüren undicht und dreckig. Betten recht breit, Matratzen mittel-hart, kein Lattenrost! So schlecht habe ich selten geschlafen. Da nützt auch der sch?ne Blick nichts. 1980er Jahre Teppichboden im kompletten Zimmer aber Preise wie eine Apotheke. Wellnessbereich: Sauber, Finnische Sauna, Dampfsauba und Kr?utersauna. Als ich die benutzen wollte, war sie um 15,30 h nicht eingeschaltet, und ich musste in der Rezeption Bescheid geben. Zur Massage muss man ins Krumers Alpin, es hat zwar einen Massage Raum, aber der wird nicht benutzt. Der Preis bleibt aber gleich! Für meine Begriffe ein Unding. Wir k?nnen das Hotel nicht empfehlen, und werden beim n?chsten Seefeld Urlaub ein anderes Hotel buchen.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and everything went perfectly from start to finish. The rooms are spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, right by the beach, which made our stay even more special. The facilities are very good and offer everything you might need for a relaxing and convenient stay. On top of that, the staff truly deserves five stars — friendly, professional, and always helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Room was clean. Hotel is good location. Breakfast is good. Hotel decor and breakfast room decor very tired, could use an update. Good value for price.

Everything was great, I would have loved having massages or treatments at the spa but it’s ok.

No proper check in and assiatance to room

The accommodation is very tired. The stove, bathroom and kitchen is dated and needs upgrade. The bed was clean. Very basic accommodation.

Spotless room, daily cleaning and turn down, excellent staff and wonderful breakfast. Shuttle was quick and easy from hotel to gondola / town. Highly recommend.
