饭店地点不错，服务热诚很好，但不喜欢饭店?走?道地毯颜色很奇怪 ?

Can't believe Cosmopolitan claimed to be a 5-star hotel. Very disappointed at the services . Or is it because we didn't booked through the hotel directly and we're treated differently? 1. We have booked 2 rooms and upon checkin, we were assigned 2 rooms very far away from each other - floor 17 and 52 and they're accessed through different elevators. We asked if there's any better option and the staff simply said "no, since we didn't request ahead of time, plus we booked through a third party company". We were disappointed with the staff's response - she didn't even make any effort to look. 2. The phone in the hotel room doesn't work, I couldn't even reach housekeeping or anyone. Body lotion is missing in the bathroom and it's added upon request the next day. 3. On my 2nd day, my room didn't even get cleaned when we returned to the room around 5pm. Contacted the hotel but the response is "perhaps the cleaning crew is behind their schedule since the hotel is fully booked..."

Staff were excellent - friendly, efficient and helpful. Hotel is modern decor and public areas are very nice. Room was clean, bed very comfortable. There are a number of hi-tech features, most good, but a challenge to figure out the overhead lighting. Two minor points: 1. The description that rooms are much larger than comparative nearby hotels is not true - our room was small - no sitting chairs, just enough room to walk each side of the bed and to place a small suitcase on the floor in the corner. 2. The bathroom sink is small with no counter space, and the tap spout extends out, making it difficult to wash.

Amazing rolled lamb main dinner, great coffee in the rooms & @ breakfast, fantastic breakfast also.

A bit of an odd smell in 1st floor rooms. Seemed strong when we entered, but got used to it.

Assolutamente consigliato. Situato in posizione centrale comodo da raggiungere, anche a piedi, dalla stazione Fs e vicino a tutti i luoghi d'interesse. I proprietari Nico e Giovanna sono gentilissimi ed è stato un piacere scambiare quattro chiacchiere con loro. Ospitalità che va al di la del dovuto. Abbiamo alloggiato nella camera 2 molto gradevole, perfetta per una coppia, con una doccia davvero spaziosa. Purtroppo, per ragioni di tempo, nn abbiamo usufruito del servizio colazione di cui ci ripromettiamo di godere in occasione della prossima visita. Pulizia accurata.

整体位置还算在街区中心，离车站稍微走点路，还算可以接受的范围，早餐体验不佳，服务人员对用餐旅客的态度需改进。
