terrible services, not even 3 star, outdated and old building, unclean room, dirty towels and sheets, food have bugs and flies, staffs are arrogant and ignorant. look at their reviews online, most are negative. they pressure guests to write good reviews .

住的林中小木屋，环境梦幻，周围安谧。木屋上下两层，空间大。床品等设施很新，居住舒适。大堂咖啡馆美女主管耐心告知了团购票里的湿地候鸟馆，科技馆，吴城记忆馆以及最佳观鸟点等等游览线路。其中，候鸟馆的一段20分钟的环幕大片精彩绝伦。（要不是美女主管特地提醒，我们是看不到的。因为候鸟馆的人只字未提！）晨起，可以在民宿附近的狮子山观鸟点看鸟。有孩子的可以去民宿周边的小童公园玩耍。总之，非常适合带孩子来。要説还有什麽可以改进的，那就是早餐了！就2个吴城当地早餐店做得皱巴巴的肉包，一个糯米粑，一个鸡蛋，一杯牛奶。实在实在太配不上这个民宿了。准备点麪包，香肠培根，蛋糕，咖啡是最起码的吧？而且负责早餐的竟然是个打扫阿姨，咖啡不会做，要求热一下牛奶，竟然説没有微波炉！最後还是用热水把冰牛奶泡热的。总之，硬件可以，软件不行。还有一个最令人意外的事情——当天就我们两个人住在林中小屋里，夜晚这里所有的工作人员都下班的，连一个保安也是没有的。啊！原来我们就是“守林人”啊！

房间还不错，看上去蛮乾净的，可惜有蚊子，跟蚊子战斗了一夜，酒店房间的蚊香液插头还是坏的，娃被咬了好几个包。
