New five stars hotel and new Fairmont in Japan. Near Haneda airport so easy to reach hotel with train. Beautiful property. Great facilities with unique view on Tokyo bay. Will be back !

La Primula was one of the most beautiful properties we've stayed at while traveling internationally. The grounds were immaculate and the service was spot on. We must have stayed during a slower time as there were not many guests, so we felt like we had our own private oasis. We had dinner both nights at the hotel and it was excellent. The head chef was fantastic and so friendly. It was also a bonus that he knew english! :-)

Very beautiful stay. The tea gardens are the loveliest and the location is stunning! We . The cottages are massive and spacious, clean and well-furnished. Hospitality was grade A. Manager and all the stuffs were very amicable and eve ready to satisfy the guest. we enjoyed the stay very much.

This is an brilliant hotel to stay in for its lake views and food which was all excellent. Breakfast and lunch on terrace could not be bettered for choice and value for money. Always lots of room round the pool and down by lake. Comfortable rooms and kept spotlessly clean by cheerful staff.
