Very spacious and clean. 6-7 min walk to San Babila station.

Positives The staff are all friendly and helpful and work hard. They had to deal with many issues we had and did their best to remedy the problem. Food is good only. Staff tried to make sure our food allergies were accommodated. Grill restaurant was good. Italian restaurant had a lot more options and food was better. Oriental was the best Beach is good but sand is black and water is not clear so there was nothing to see snorkelling. The water was super warm and waves were mild. Kayaking is offered which we did and enjoyed. Wildlife is everywhere and you’ll see iguanas, coati, raccoons, tons of birds and howler monkeys. The howlers act like roosters and start howling at 5am for wake up call! Negatives Oh dear we had a lot of problems between the 6 of us and when speaking with other guests, we found out that we were not the only ones. One couple in our group was given a room super far away and was given a new room much closer to ours. But then that room a/c caught on fire and the room filled with smoke yet no smoke detector went off. They were moved to yet another room with two beds instead of one and often didn’t get clean towels or the room cleaned during the week. Our room had a repaired ceiling that leaked to the point that I had to put 3 buckets underneath to catch the water so it didn’t flood the floor. Someone came on day 3 to fix it at 1030pm (!) yet it took another day for the leaking to stop. Beach towels often ran out so we had to keep wet and dirty towels.

My stay at The Marmorosch Bucharest was truly outstanding — a genuine 5-star experience in every sense. The service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay special. The room was beautifully designed, comfortable, and very clean. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety in a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel’s location is perfect — central yet peaceful, ideal for exploring the city. Everything about my stay felt effortless and refined. Absolutely disgusting We were down there for my son wedding , It's totally ruined it for me. I felt so disgusting that I actually cried the first night. And had to go and buy my own antibac wipes to clean the room. Complaint about the room smelling of Urine And\nThat it was absolutely disgustingly dirty.Nothing was done until my husband had to complain.The second time

Hotel is located centrally. ?There’s a nice bath area at the top floor of the hotel. ?Nice desserts such as ice cream are available for guests at the lobby and bath area.

Lovely unit. Spacious with own washing machine and dryer. Great kitchen with a dishwasher. In this day and age needs to have WiFi. Also the basics need to be supplied. Had only the one half used toilet roll, no tissues and the only accommodation I have stayed in, there has been lots, where no hair-dryer was supplied. I was forced to buy the last one in Merimbula on the shelf at Mitre 10. Annoying when I had a perfectly good one at home and didnt need another one. Other than that we enjoyed the unit.
