Amazing service from start to finish! Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was great and the staff were very attentive! The concierge team was top notch and definitely made my trip more enjoyable! I can’t wait to visit again!

It's very nice hotel only one small comment its difficult to reach your room You need two different elevators in different area . But all are great

I stayed in this hotel with my family. Mr Kush is very nice person and helped us during our stay. The atmosphere of hotel is very nice. Rooms are neat clean and we had feelings of staying in our own house. Very positive vibes and excellent stay for family. Breakfast included in booking and very nice. We would like to stay in this hotel in future. Location very nice, easy to move different places.

The front desk was very helpful to our travel questions. We kept asking a lot of questions but they were very patient and gave us helpful suggestions. The room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was very good. Lots of options

We have stayed there 7 times in the accessible apartment. All the staff are lovely (treat us like family) , the cleaners do 100%, the lawns and gardens are beautiful, and it is so convenient to Foodies, Bowling club bistro and more. The island is paradise.

Very convenient. Good for the price. Not much more you can ask for. Didn't have any problems with cleanliness. No noise problem while sleeping. Don't regret booking this one. Guilin is a nice city and food is amazing. Didn't try the food in the hotel though and I would recommend not to. Have a great trip.
