We visited during our pilgrimage trip to India. We always prefer choosing Taj Hotels unless it is fully booked. Simple reason, Taj does not compromise in quality and offer their best. Huge clean rooms including the spacious bathroom, so much adds to your comfort expectations. Ceiling shower is perfect. Strong hair dryer and so much in the list of amenities. In room dining is again outstanding. Let me explain the quality of the food. We have had Paneer Makhani and Dal Khichdi in many restaurants (different countries) but Taj Bhopal has the most delicious food we have had until today. Hot Tea was so good that we had to order 3 times (Compliments to Miss Sakshi for the best Hot Tea). There is also a huge variety of breakfast. Service is beyond excellence. Everyone is offering their best to make your stay memorable. May we please extend our gratitude to these wonderful people. In room dining - Miss Sakshi, Mr Shiv Breakfast - Mr Vivek, Mr Rajendra Reception - Mr Ankit, Mr Irshad, and one of the sweetest Miss Stuti Housekeeping - Miss Shaloo Electrician - Mr Yusuf Your every effort counts and we are leaving with beautiful memories. Lastly, but most important person, Mr Paramveer Singh Ji. Sat Sri Akal ?? We can't "Thank You" enough for making us feel at home. 好可惜入住这边遇到大雾大雨，特意定的瀑布景房间没有看到烟花和瀑布，晚上睡觉房间的空调实在太吵了，衞生间的排风扇也是吵到无法入睡

Kena beach hotel is excellent, The staff is very friendly and professional The rooms are very clean I also enjoyed the faod and their fresh fruits I can’t forget that they surprised me with a birthday cake on my birthday I will definitely go back The seven days I stayed there were awesome

A perfect location for our stay in Cagliari. The hotel has loads of character and period charm, the staff are all friendly and very helpful. The views from the balconies are wonderful. The room was large, airy and spotless. Highly recommended for weekend city break.

The hotel eventually resolve the issue by relocating me to another, better room. But the room they initially gave me had heating problems, such that it would heat the room up to 80° without a way to stop the heat from coming in. At the same time, there was some mold growing in the grout in the shower area. The room they relocated to is a more expensive room and much better. The part that was infuriating was that they were trying initially to explain to me that that’s the way the heating system would work. Eventually, I had to call Trip.com to complain, and that was when Trip.com called the hotel, and then they relocated me to another room. ??
