No one there either when we checked in or when we checked out, and we didn’t check out until after 9. This is no way to run a hotel!

Location nuova gestita da ragazzi giovani volenterosi super accoglienti e disponibili. Camere pulite belle e spaziose e il ristorante è ottimo. Noi abbiamo anche optato per il cenone di capodanno e ne siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. La posizione è buona. Consigliato.

因为旅游界朋友的力荐，这次烟花三月下扬州选择了青普。虽然住过很多好酒店，依然感觉惊艳。特别的建筑风格，细致周到的服务（包括郭馆长，顾问丽丽，戴耳环的小帅哥），丰富的艺文活动，更有精致丰盛的餐饮，优雅的用餐环境，怎一个美字了得？ 当然，也不是没有缺点的。最大的缺点就是，餐食太过精美丰盛，让人每餐都进食过量，不知要多久才能恢复体重？?? 感谢你们，后会有期！

Booked for 2 nights, arrived around 9.30pm so had to pick up our keys from one site before driving to our room location. On opening the door to our room my first thought was it doesn’t look like the pictures. Toilet / bathroom very smelly. Old dusty furniture. We dropped our bags off and went to get a bite to eat, little did I realise in a few hours we would be the bite to eat for the bed bugs. After our meal we came back to the room and my hubby, kids and myself went to sleep, at around 4am in the morning my husband woke me up saying he thought he felt things crawling over him, how right he was, they were all over our bed. Woke the children up and noticed flecks of blood stained sheets , this is a ongoing problem as the sheets were stained with old blood. Never felt so creeped out, contacted the owner who told us he would get us another room for 9am in the morning. Walking the streets of room as couldn’t sleep in the room. When owner finally answered my call as nobody turned up at 9am we were offered another room. On inspection Guess what !! more bed bugs. Asked for a refund and was told I would be given a half refund as we had stayed one night and marked down as a no show so I couldn’t write a review.
