Booked for 2 nights, arrived around 9.30pm so had to pick up our keys from one site before driving to our room location. On opening the door to our room my first thought was it doesn’t look like the pictures. Toilet / bathroom very smelly. Old dusty furniture. We dropped our bags off and went to get a bite to eat, little did I realise in a few hours we would be the bite to eat for the bed bugs. After our meal we came back to the room and my hubby, kids and myself went to sleep, at around 4am in the morning my husband woke me up saying he thought he felt things crawling over him, how right he was, they were all over our bed. Woke the children up and noticed flecks of blood stained sheets , this is a ongoing problem as the sheets were stained with old blood. Never felt so creeped out, contacted the owner who told us he would get us another room for 9am in the morning. Walking the streets of room as couldn’t sleep in the room. When owner finally answered my call as nobody turned up at 9am we were offered another room. On inspection Guess what !! more bed bugs. Asked for a refund and was told I would be given a half refund as we had stayed one night and marked down as a no show so I couldn’t write a review.
