Das Novotel Hotel in Karlsruhe ist sehr zentral gelegen. Christkindlmarkt war nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Unser Executive Doppelzimmer war sehr ger?umig, sauber und ruhig sowie super bequemes Queensize Bett. Insgesamt ist das Hotel neu renoviert und sehr gro? aber dennoch hat man die vielen G?ste nicht wirklich gesehen, sodass man sich nicht gest?rt fühlt. Sonntags/Feiertags ist der Frühstück bis 11 Uhr und geht dann automatisch in Brunch über bis 13 Uhr, was super praktisch ist für
Langschl?fer. Wir hatten gratis late check out am Sonntag. Es gibt ein finnisches Sauna mit Duschen und einige Ruheliegen, was wir auch kurz genutzt haben. Tiefgarage befindet sich direkt unterhalb des Hotels. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit Hotel und Service. Für ein St?dtetour ist Novotel sehr zu empfehlen.

这家住宿真的挺不错的!十分推荐!
先説位置,周围??特色,吃喝也方便,夜景绝了,能看到江边的灯火,晚上看着特别有感觉。
房间里很乾净,布置得也简约舒服,住起来很自在。细节也挺用心的,走廊还有小绿植,房间里的小装饰也很温馨。
前台服务特别好的,超级人性化,而且还有免费停车位,有啥问题响应都很快。总之,这次住得很满意,下次来还会选这儿!

房间太差劲了,脏,而且隔音效果超级差,一晚上没睡好,窗户还漏风,冬天住么冻死了。旁边放歌放一晚大喊大叫的也没人管管

酒店在县城中心,位置很好,出门方便的很。房间里空调嘎嘎好,热水出的很快,房间大小也适合,各方面都挺满意,性价比高。对了,前台小姑娘服务很热情,点赞。

Contrairement a certains commentaires c’est la troisième fois que nous venons dans cet h?tel, très simple ,mais la literie est impeccable et la chambre est d’une propreté irréprochable, ces 3 dernières années nous avons toujours la même chambre ;lorsque je lis en 2020 (propreté douteuse)c’est le commentaire qui est douteux!! ,le jardin intérieur n’est pas entretenu…dommage !!mais belle piscine entretenue elle, par contre le bémol est le prix du petit déjeuner disproportionné par rapport au prix de la chambre et au choix restreint proposé! le bar et le restaurant ont ete relookes ,mais nous d?nons toujours sur Dignes car les prix et le choix sont plus abordables qu’au restaurant du golf.

Nous sommes allés dans cet h?tel et y avons passé 3 nuit, les chambres en dehors des 1er prix sont très grandes et rénovées, bien équipées avec des sanitaires confortables. L'accueil est excellent, la patronne est aux petits soins, comme ke personnel, et le patron un peu grognon au 1er abord très sympathique. Vous pouvez y prendre vos repas qui sont corrects.

Good hotel. Bad management - no rules for guests. Drunk, noisy guests. We stayed at the hotel with our 2-year-old son for the weekend. Offering a wonderful new water world for the little ones and pool activities. 2 children's boxes. Children's playhouse /machines/. Excellent food and nicely renovated rooms. Mascot and animations. It sounded like a great family outing. The hotel offers all-inclusive services, including beer and wine drinks. This attracted many noisy guests, who were already drunk and asleep at the reception by 6 p.m. The housekeepers were doing their work and pouring. No one told the guests that they would not get any more beer. Although the rooms had thick walls, through the door in the corridor you could hear the shouting of drunken people returning around 9 pm. - 2 a.m. per room. What regularly woke up my child. Elderly guests 70 plus went to relax in the pool activity for children. They sat there for a really long time and used the pearl bath and the trikes. At the same time, they also had trikes in the relaxation pools and large jacuzzis just for them. It did not make a good impression when instead of children in the children's pool there were old guests scratching their heels /I saw that/. Therefore, it would be good to set rules for pools. Older clients also went to the toilet in the children's section of the pool. Although the men's and women's toilets were only about 5 meters away. After all, if the women's toilet is occupied, I don't go to the men's or the children's - I'll wait. The hotel has many advantages, which I really appreciate, such as a TV by the pool, an offer of water or a large bottle of water at every step, excellent food, nice rooms and bathrooms, many possibilities for children's entertainment. Unfortunately, there are no set rules for guests and no one checks the guests. guests selfishly do what they want and it spoils the impression of the hotel. I don't know if the hotel focuses on families with children or on clients who go for free beer. Thank you for the statement from the hotel management.
