The room was clean neat and well equipped with all required amenities. Room service was fast and excellent regardless of the time of request. Location is about 10 to 15 mins away from international airport. There's street shopping area in a walking distance from the hotel, taxi and ?? are easily available outside ?? or you can book via uber.

I stayed at the Allegro hotel for 6 nights. The location were great, about 4-5mins to nearest metro station, 30secs to nearest bus and taxi stop. The rooms were also nice, bathroom small, but clean. Price/quality and localisation - perfect! If you are looking for hotel not in center (but about 15-20mins with RER or metro to center) it will be very good choice.

Un posto speciale dove l'accoglienza fa' da padrona , abbiamo speso solo una notte ma ci è piaciuto molto ,i proprietari gentilissimi ,le camere belle e molto pulite ;inoltre la colazione varia e di ottima qualità. Per la posizione è un po' isolata quindi raggiungibile solo se si è automuniti ma se cercate pace e privacy è il massimo. Noi sicuramente ci ritorneremo Un abbraccio alla piccola Carlotta

Very surprised by the outstanding customer service. The front desk staff went the extra mile to help me with challenging tasks. I arrived without my business cards and needed to find a way to print them the same day. I also had to print quite a few large documents, and they helped me as a courtesy. I definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers.

Carris is one of the best small hotels I have stayed. It is located in a nice area of George Town with easy access to several food joints and restaurants. It is the host Gilbert’s hospitality and guest service which makes this place so special. He lives in the same property and is always available. He personally took me to do my essential shopping on arrival and made me feel at home. He was there to help with everything I needed My five nights stay in Carris felt like I am visiting a long lost friend’s home rather than a hotel. The facilities are very good. There may other accommodations with five star ratings for amenities, but it is rare to find a five star host like Gilbert.
