This was an amazing surprise. The building is exquisite inside and out. An architectural gem a listed building. Will definitely come back. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. A delight from start to finish

This was our second stay. We love coming. It is perfect for us when we only have time for one night's stay before returning to Devonport to catch the boat back to the mainland. We arrive in the dark for late check in and wake up in the morning to gorgeous garden views in the historic estate. They supply generous breakfast ingredients including fresh eggs from the hooks. There is no rush to leave in the morning and we join in for the morning feeding rounds of the lambs and calf. It is a draw card for an animal lover

停车场很大，停车超方便。前台办理入住快，还贴心准备了温矿泉水。房间乾净整洁，无异味，床单被套舒服，客房服务响应及时。早餐种类丰富，菜品新鲜，咖啡、茶、果汁啥都有，下午无聊坐在图书馆，有免费的咖啡，不要太惬意，爆赞????

真的服务太差，早上办的入住，晚上回来空调制冷特别慢，打电话前台后保安上来一顿捣鼓把原17℃调到24℃走了，等了半天，给前台打电话要调房间就是三楼（因为二楼音乐餐吧晚上很吵），意思就是要不忍受热要不忍受吵！总结三点一是空调制冷差，二是晚上特别吵，三是早餐环境（虫子??）及质量差！
酒店回复：尊敬的客人：非常感谢您抽出宝贵的时间对您在酒店入住体验进行分享。1：对于空调制冷问题，保安上去进行了调试后告知前台空调故障，前台第一时间主动联系您进行换房处理；2：对于您反映的二楼KTV噪音问题，小维实在抱歉，由于您预订的的高级房型，房间在酒店的三楼所以噪音会稍微大一些，期待你下次入住可以选择我们的豪华房型，楼层会更高一些且看风景的视野更广；3：对于早餐的就餐环境和质量问题，我们会对相关工作人员进行沟通了解，酒店会进行重新培训并确保此类问题不会再次发生，我们会不断致力于完善每一个细节，期待您的下次光临。

酒店楼下有地铁旁边有商场处于商业中心区域，出行购物还是比较方便的
房间两张床，床很大，一家四人入住也是很宽敞，酒店有冰箱吃不完的小吃有地方储藏，还有洗衣机和烤箱，很方便。唯一就是一开始到的时候是半夜，门口没有任何标识，真的很难找，还有就是酒店的烧水壶一直都有水垢漂浮，建议自带烧水杯
