Хороший номер, чистый. Есть система "умный дом", гостиница новая, сантехника современная, уборка каждый день, кондиционер работает, горячая вода всегда есть. Есть услуга бесплатного трансфера на жд вокзал. Кино за деньги. Нас все устроило.

Двоякое ощущение, входная группа классная, стильная , номера тоже вроде стильные , но грязные. Персонал не очень радушный, как было у нас в Батуми. До заселения никак не связаться, кроме звонка - не удобно. Завтраки нормальные. Не знаю… огорчена… It's a mixed feeling, the entrance is cool and stylish, and the rooms seem stylish, but they're dirty. The staff isn't very friendly, like they were in Batumi. There's no way to contact them before check-in, except for calling, which isn't convenient. The breakfasts are decent. I don't know... I'm disappointed...

A great hotel! Friendly staff and fantastic facilities. The evening fire show and the Thai restaurant on the water were particular highlights. Can’t wait to go back!

Property & food overall were exceptional!
Only part the company needs to alleviate is the sales pitch of buying/ investing in the property.
I had 3 different sales persons try to convince to invest in the property.
It was originally presented to me as a welcome breakfast but it was by far a welcoming feeling. What was suppose to past 90 mins presentation turned into 3 hours of people pressuring me to invest into the property/company.
It was the most uncomfortable feeling & took up most of my day while I’m suppose to be on VACATION!
Please get rid of this practice. If you promise a time limit of 90 mins then that should be honored not dragged out to try to get someone to invest. I already Paid thousands of dollars to have an all inclusive experience; don’t taint it my trying to pressure someone to spend an additional thousand!
Allow people to come there & truly enjoy their vacation.

Our experience at Holiday Homes in Milano was wonderful. We were greeted by Emanuele who gave us a groovy map of Milano and talked us through where to go according to what our interests were. Everything we needed for our 4 night stay was included: a kitchenette, bathroom with hair dryer, washing machine, TV, a duper comfortable bed and a cute little balcony. The bonus was the beautiful design of the whole apartment. As it says at the entrance “Design is Milano, Milano is Design”. We’ll be back for sure! Grazie

进了大厅就听见前台在跟顾客掰扯説顾客喝了一瓶水,顾客説没喝,呵呵,引起了我的警惕,怕踩坑,先到附近超市买了大桶饮用水拎到房间,房间小的可怜,两个床,却一只椅子,桌子在房间门口,我们俩一个坐着一个站着吃的晚餐,枕头有股头发的汗泥味儿,房间燥热,彷佛火上烘烤,冰箱里的水、饮料都需要买单,而且没有标注这些东西的价格,让人心生厌恶,衞生纸的小筐里放了一包一次性坐便套,打开用了,没想到第二天结账被多收2元,如果事先告知或者标注价格,所有的消费透明化是可以接受的,让人讨厌的店!
