Je souhaite exprimer ma entière satisfaction concernant mon séjour dans cet établissement, où je me suis rendue pour la seconde fois. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent et particulièrement copieux. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié que ma demande spécifique soit respectée, notamment la mise à disposition d’une chambre équipée d’une baignoire. La chambre était spacieuse, parfaitement propre et très agréable. Le personnel s’est montré aimable, professionnel et attentionné tout au long de mon séjour. Le parking extérieur, vaste et disposant de nombreuses places, est également un atout non négligeable pour la clientèle. En somme, un h?tel de grande qualité dans lequel je serai ravie de revenir.

This hotel is in a good location. It is close to Queen’s University, the Ulster Museum and many local restaurants. Transport is also convenient with bus and train stops nearby. The room was nice- clean and functional. Staff were all very helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of high quality options. I would choose this hotel again if staying in Belfast.

room clean, bed firm so were pillows. Staff pleasant, easy check in. Tea and coffee facilities well stocked. Main disappointment was having to pay ￡10 for use of spa for 1 hour also have to pay ￡2 for your towel. Now where did it mention that when i booked.

Beautiful Riad. Staff were absolutely incredible. They did everything they could to assist me (I use a mobility scooter), helping load in and out my scooter, and even bringing breakfast downstairs for me, as I could not climb up to the rooftop patio. Everyone made us feel so comfortable. It was like staying with family. Thank you so much.

Our unit was spotless, convenient location, staff were wonderfully welcoming and efficient. Onsite cafe serving excellent breakfast and great coffee.
