Peut-être recherchiez-vous une approche de l’hospitalité différente de celle que nous proposons aux Vignes de la Chapelle. Nous sommes désolés si cela a pu créer une déception.

Great facilities but you don't see anyone which is great for some, maybe not for others. I really enjoyed it. I will stay again

The room was very nice, looked brand new. The pillows on the bed were bad though. The breakfast buffet was over priced and was equivalent to a free breakfast at a cheap hotel. Not a lot of variety for $25 per person and also the tip was automatically included. Both my wife and I got sick after eating the eggs. Would not recommend the breakfast buffet. Bar was nice, staff was great. No one alerted me that the hotel was under construction until we got there. I booked way in advance and it would've been helpful to know that beforehand. We had a "lake view" and you can kind of see the lake.

Lovely, spacious, comfortable home with an excellent host and a great location for exploring Canandaigua. The host takes care to serve healthy, local breakfast foods and caters to your preferences. We very much enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

Over-All a great stay, neat, clean with the coffee available 24/7. No physical presence of the staff, however 24/7 helpline was available. Stayed 5 nights and over-all a satisfied customer.

The hotel is amazing and the staff is very welcoming. They truly care about your stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable especially the suites. It is so worth the money

We are a family of 2 adults 1 child and stayed here in April for a week. Absolutely perfect accommodation with a tropical vibe, immaculate and well equipped 1 bedroom apartment, comfortable beds, extra pillows on request and complimentary tea bags and milk on arrival. The manager was always there mornings and we enjoyed chatting. The pool was the perfect temperature and mostly had it to ourselves I liked how we could swim until 9pm. The resort has a Bali vibe and is lovely and quiet, it is close to spinifex brewery which is handy for dinner or a drink. We will definitely return.
