We had a good stay, although the hotel room we stayed in was in need of updating, it was very clean and large. The bathroom definitely needs updating as the door and floor are a bit splintered/ cracked, though it was perfectly clean, new towels are needed as the ones we had were very clean but quite thin from being in use for a long time. The reception area appears in the process of updating, hopefully the carpets in the corridors will also be replaced as they let it down a bit. The restaurant was very nice, the menu was a bit limited but our food was fantastic and it was served quickly and was nice and hot. The best part of the stay was definitely the staff, from checking in to checking out they were outstanding. All were very professional but also friendly and approachable, we’ve stayed in many hotels and have to say the staff here were the best that we’ve met.

I was booked in for 2 nights the room was so unbearable to stay in I had to cut my trip short the room wasn’t clean the bed was just thrown together a cracked toilet massive red mark in the bath the cold in the room even with the heater on was horrible the smell in the room was disturbing the duvet have never been wash and the smell in the room in general was horrific and also leaving a smashed lamp behind the table was very unpleasant… the reception staff were lovely people but over all a horrible stay the beds were like bricks of concrete I won’t be back and I would like to request have my money back for today as I left the hotel at 8.30 this morning and for tomorrow please and thank you

The room was in the 2nd floor and we had a baby with us. Having to carry the baby and all the belongings up and down 2 flights of stairs wasn’t appropriate. The restaurant was down another flight of stairs and having to carry the pram up and down these stairs wasn’t app either. The restaurant didn’t have high chairs and I had to feel my baby while he was sat in in his pram.

We visit here at least twice weekly. Excellent food and service every time. Top quality produce. Sunday lunch roasts are always on point. George & team have nailed it. 5* every time.

Sono roby cantante e produttore del gruppo "los locos" Abbiamo cenato una sera al ristorante dell'hotel Rubino ed è stata una cena fantastica abbiamo mangiato benissimo in una atmosfera elegante e al contenpo familiare, coccolati dal direttore Fabrizio persona gentilissima e professionale e a fine cena ci ha accompagnato la musica di Miguel in una atmosfera di altri tempi con una selezione musicale che raramente si trova altrove. Consiglio vivamente l'esperienza.

Rent v?relse. Meget venligt personale. Super god morgenmad. Bem?rk det er et B&B hotel, dvs det var lidt d?dt og stille om aftenen. Og ingen mulighed for spisning. Ikke s? meget stemning. S? hvis man er til det meget stille, s? er det helt perfekt. 450 meter til gondol. Det er godkendt :-)

Nous avons passé trois nuits dans ce splendide h?tel. Le service est irréprochable, Afrouz, Manouchehr ainsi que le reste de l’équipe sont serviables, polis, souriants et toujours là pour vous servir un verre dans leur superbe bar ou vous donner des renseignements. L’h?tel est très bien décoré, les chambres sont magnifiques et nettoyées tous les matins. Un pur plaisir, nous y retournerons sans hésiter !
