The facilities were modern and clean. Hotel was super quiet which was nice. Customer service of the front of house employees wasn’t the greatest, not really a warm welcome from the staff we met. There was one Asian lady that was super friendly. Otherwise customer service at the hotel is not their strong point. Can’t fault it much otherwise but the two staff we engaged with were super blunt and seemed uninterested in their roles. Because of that it was not the best start to the trip to be honest.

Los of good restaurants nearby in walking distance. Hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Unfortunately you can hear the toilet or shower from another room. That s very uncomfortable. Breakfast was great. Thank you.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is very convenient, close to major attractions and easy to access. Food quality was excellent, with a good variety of options available. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations and made my stay memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, good service, and great value for money. I will definitely visit again.

Clean hotel, service desk staff are friendly. Walkable distance to the beach and KTCC Mall.

性价比很高，房间设施也很全，不过似乎有一点点老旧，我房间的空调和灯的开关略微有点接触不良。早餐选择很丰富，酒店餐厅提供各种不同风格的午晚餐，口味也很不错，当然价格不便宜就是了。最后就是每小时有免费的机场穿梭巴士，很方便。
